Masculine and feminine energy imbalance society
No period in human history has witnessed such rapid and dizzying change as the 21st century. Although the inclusion of technology in every aspect of our lives makes our daily tasks easier, it is a fact that our evolutionary development rate cannot keep up with the current technological speed. So how do these changing and evolving parameters affect us as men and women?
We live in a very different world from the one our elders and even our parents grew up in. What we see, what we watch, what we own, even what we eat is very different. Perhaps one of the biggest problems is that we have a hard time finding role models for ourselves as we grow up.
As we try to figure out how to exist in this new world, we have to both learn and adapt to survive. But we have to make sure that we are really aware of what we are adapting to, because societies can steer individuals against their will and even against their nature in order to adapt to a certain trajectory.
On an individual level, one o
f the problems is that the energy balance between men and women is out of balance. When we talk about heterosexual gender roles, a woman's high masculine energy and a man's high feminine energy is a factor that disrupts the balance. Because masculine and feminine are two opposite poles that attract each other. They are expected to be very strong in themselves. When masculine and feminine energies interfere with each other, the individual starts to feel incomplete, unsatisfied and out of harmony. Undoubtedly, these changes show their negative effects first on the individual and then on the societies we live in.
As women, we are currently struggling with self-existence: To work, to be successful, to be seen, to be appreciated, but also to be beautiful, to be liked, to be loved. Do we really need to move away from our feminine nature and become more masculine in order to achieve these things?
A woman is already valuable for her own existence. She doesn't need to prove herself to others, to get somewhere, to achieve something, to compete. When women pursue masculine goals, the inherent creativity, harmony, understanding, grace, peace and wisdom of women cannot emerge. It is only when a woman draws her strength from her feminine energy that self-confidence, self-worth and self-esteem come spontaneously. The life energy in a woman who is able to love herself as she is is admirable, because there is a great potential for self-love.
In men, masculine energy finds expression in leadership, self-confidence, responsibility, strength and courage. Being clear, thinking logically, taking risks, solving problems and making efforts are masculine traits because the man is the one who needs to realize himself. Men want to be respected. Therefore, men have a high need to show themselves and be appreciated.
When self-confidence is not derived from what they have done or achieved, men who are afraid to compete, who are unable to take the plunge in life, who are anxious and easily manipulated proliferate. However, masculine energy has a tremendous power to get things done. It has the ability to solve obstacles without getting emotional. By doubting himself, he again stands in front of what he can do.
Although it is impossible not to be influenced, it is not impossible to find balance within oneself and live accordingly. In masculine-feminine energy imbalance there is chaos; fear, anger, guilt, shame. Focusing on establishing balance relaxes us and illuminates our path.
Men and women who accept the nature of the energy that comes from their own existence and can live accordingly have more fulfilled lives and relationships. If you are doing something in your life but it doesn't feel right, it doesn't feel right, it doesn't feel peaceful, I recommend you to follow your intuition. This intuition may be a call for you to live your nature in balance.
