Error Sharing File Between Windows 10 And Windows 7?
A few days ago I had to do this configuration at the house of some friends who had been trying to do this configuration for days, and they could not always see a connection error between the computers.
It turns out that the error came from the PC with Windows 10 and it was simply because the network configuration was set to "Public Network" let's remember that in order to share files and printers we must have the configuration as "Private Network" but how is this done in Windows 10??
We enter the round icon in system configuration by clicking on start, then in-> "Network and Internet" then in -> ethernet and there a series of options will appear among which we will look for the one that says "network profile" when doing Click there we will change from "Public" to "Private" and that's it, we will have our Windows 10 PC with the private network configuration and the PCs should not give an error to communicate with each other, also taking into account that the parameters must be adjusted in the advanced configuration part of sharing files, such as: sharing files and printers, deactivating the connection without requesting a password, among others.
