Inform maintenance to ensure external data logger is working before carry out test run . Every run to measue RS as instructed.
B side 2W TR Res Ave=68.7 (4.3ohm higher) compared to previous run with same dope setting of 29.8cc Res Ave=64.4ohm (OK) while A side Res Ave=64.9ohm (OK)
External data logger for both TR shows Dope flow extension on 1st Layer. This means that issue is intermittent and common. Since external data logger already in place to check dope, inj,dilute flow as per agreed with N3 to TR 2xprod for both side was arranged to check the flow again.
FILE UNABLE TO EXTRACT OUT. TOGETHER WITH MAINT, TRY TO EXTRACT TROUGHT WINDOWS INSTEAD OF USING SOFTWARE, STILL UNABLE TO EXTRACT OUT THE DATA. PHYSICALLY FILE IS EXISTING, BUT UNABLE TO EXTRACT.
Check bothside FL result Res is on target. Partial rework aranged on R99B . Profile OK Lot Moved out
As per morning discussion to change inject valve to vent and bell spv for line breaking will be done as one with change drum spv
External data logger was also fixed by Yuni . To continue new drum qual and TR for 6w8L (Together with Maintenance to check external data logger after both side TR completed.)
Please ensure production stop the tool during data extraction . Every run need to measure Res profile .Every end of shift to pull out ext data logger data and publish to team until further notice.
RS issue & Changed drum
Per advised, changed V57 and V74 (did pre and post line breaking before and after replacement. Did H2 leak check - passed. Pressurized test for 1hr - okay/passed.
Cycle purged Dope line. Replaced corresponding EV for the replaced valves - resistances: EV53 before=429ohms, after=430ohms / EV54 before=431ohms, after=427ohms.
Encountered problem in datalogger, other valves having reading when they supposed to get zero; found that terminals are actually cannot be left hanging. Put 10KOhm resistor across +signal and GND so that +signal won't be left hanging if pressure switch is OFF. Tested all gases (and response in external datalogger).
All are okay. Please extract the data after first TR to ensure that datalog is recording. 2]Gas Tech changed the silicon drum (during troubleshooting). Empty the saturator and topped-up done okay.
