So I bought a pair of Herbal Essence Coconut Milk shampoo and conditioner (9.9 sale, I can't resist π). I haven't tried it yet but I just wanted to share the ingredients list.
I appreciate how they labeled the ingredients' function. This helps make people less afraid of chemicals because, really, this trend of going "all natural" has got to have a boundary. Not all chemicals are bad and just because a product has some "unfamiliar" or "industrial-sounding" chemical name, doesn't mean it's harmful. And on the same note, just because something is "natural" doesn't necessarily mean it's better than products specifically formulated for specific functions (say, for the skin etc.)
Mabango rin pala ito. :P
Excited to use. Will update kung kumusta for curly hair! Stay warm and cozy, noise friends!

P.S. i have a clearer pic. Just reply if you want to see it. I had to resize the pic so it will load but it made the pic pixelated. :(
Fried some scrambled eggs in sesame oil, then fried left over veggie and bean rice, then stir-fried some mushroom sisig and added some eomuk (fish cake).
Masarap naman hahahhaa weird combination of flavours but it's interesting. :P
Happy lunch, friends!
#nomnom #food #fusion?? hahaha
Sakto it's #WorldSuicidePreventionDay. (Trigger warning.)
Don't be this person.
It's super common and very normal to encounter these kinds of people: strangers in games who tell you to k*ll yourself.
Yes, we get annoyed over this silly game lalo pag natatalo and feel mo ikaw lang gumagawa ng lahat sa game (nagdedef, nagpupush, and getting the k*lls). But sana we don't ever become people like this who randomly tells strangers to end their lives. Hindi natin alam if that could be the tipping point.
Am I taking this too seriously? Perhaps. But as someone who's been in as dark a place as where I could easily happily oblige his request, I would rather err on the side of caution.
And, pls lang, sobrang trashy na ugali ang ganyan magsalita. LOL
Let's always choose to be kind, okay?
Happy Gaming! #MobileLegends
Yung ginawa mo naman ang lahat pero wala talaga. π₯Ίπ kakapagod, besh. hahahaha
P.S. cyclops OP. spam skills lang lol #MobileLegends
I stir fried some fish cake (eomuk).
My sister sliced the fish cake. It's uneven :c hahahahhaha but it's ok! still tasted πππ just the right mix of sweet and savoury. Made sure to add sesame and I also tried mirin!
yum yum!
Anyone else have any recipe for fish cake?
Happy lunch, noise friends!
Tenga and atsara. π€€
May mga kilala akong ayaw ng tenga but ako favourite ko 'to! I don't know pero feeling ko kung ikaw yung taong mahilig sa taba pag sa BBQ or yung pata sa kare-kare, mabe-bet mo rin ang tenga na bbq.
Ikaw, what do you think of tenga? Yay or Nay?
*Hamburger Paragragh*
Who doesn't like a hamburger? ππ Used this to practice writing paragraphs with my student (1-on-1 sessions).
We still have a long way to go but we're getting there! It's all about building those sturdy blocks.
Happy Teaching!
*Fluency Practice*
This is probably not one of the most innovative nor creative of practices, but this has proven effective for my student's oral reading fluency.
After some attempts at reading, we started to highlight the passage as we read the lines. I made sure to put marks beforehand at the parts where she misses the appropriate pauses or pauses unnecessarily.
The highlighting helped her keep track of where she is while reading as well as help her control the pace she's reading at.
What do you think of this? Are there other practices or suggestions you might have?
Hi! This is my first post! I'm Teacher Ericka and I am here to teach as well as be taught, hence, my name, "teach Ericka". π
I am in my early 30s and, no, I don't have it all figured out. I am, as I'm sure most of us are, in the process of trying to make my life more stable and secure while being able to pursue and enjoy what matters most to me. (So hard π₯Ίπ.)
There many things I wish I started doing much earlier in my life but hey, we can only learn from our mistakes, right?
In any case, professionally, I am in the field of reading intervention and mostly deal with individuals with learning difficulties and I would love to engage and inspire young people to discover their love for reading. I dabble in other things as well, but let's save those for future posts. :)
There are many things I'd like to learn about and I'm excited to hear from you guys.
Thanks for dropping by and see you soon!
