The Hill Giant is an Earth Splinter card in #Splinterlands. I think it is a card I even overestimated in his importance. Found my first seasonal instrument in #RisingStar on #Hive ! -Ran about two dozen missions to find one instrument. I wonder if the drop rate was decreased this season. Nevertheless I am happy!

Lucky streak with the #Wombat continues... found again a NFT, a Standard pack this time. Meanwhile the sticker from yesterday was sold! Now I only need more luck in #RisingStar . Ran the seasonal missions 6x without any success.

Had some spare free time and played for a while with Death Splinter Focus... end of story I made it to 5 chests. As usual I rented some cards to better my odds. I payed less than 160 DEC for renting and look what I found in my golden chests! -Reinvested it at once into some legendary reward cards on the secondary market! :D

Another day with high requirements for chests, but again I made it to open two chests and again they were really nice! -Considering what I got in my Silver chests in the last 10 seasons, Gold chests are really worth it!

Wow, guys! Just yesterday I complained that I am barely able to attain any chests in current daily focus. I however managed to get two yesterday. Those two gold chests REALLY made it!! I got two chests: 1 Pack and One new (my first!!) Legendary from reward chests!

What I got for end of season rewards is you and you and you and you and you... summary: lot of chests, lot of cards! -Still no Gold Foil, no Epic! But a pack which is really good! I got so excited that I clicked too fast so there is an alternative view on my end of season rewards! my lesson learned on the new rewards system in Splinterlands is: "do not get high on the cheap rental costs!" -Last season I pushed my collection power to Gold League for a limited time and thus I gain gold chests this season. Cool, but downside is: They are wayyy harder to attain, especially when you get your focus points in Bronze League after the seasonal setback. @cpol already pointed that one out to me, but it was too late by then. Hope one might find this short notice useful!

Nice one: Was lucky again in the #WombatDungeonMaster on #WAX after only a short time! I got another Standard Pack! -I will probably keep it until the season advanced a bit and demand on the Packs increases!

The current big think on #WAX chain seems to be this game which is has VERY simple design and (so far) only the need to click buttons. -But hey, that is like #AlienWorlds in the good old days, is it not? Recently they opened the shop and the option to buy packs to get better nfts. I did not come across it here, so a quick summary: You stake your ingame nfts to generate mining power (sounds like #Rollercoin , does it not?) which provides you with shares which you can exchange for #waxtokens . With sign-up you get a free ingame miner and "only" need cpu and the like. At the moment of writing my free level 44/100 asic has generated something like 0.09wax... Do you have the feeling that times are getting harder when dealing with #companies, as well? -Today was just another occasion when I feel #cheated by companies. I mean "cheated" is not the right word, it is more like being "tricked". It is situations like these: Companies are giving you some kind of #guarantee to lure you into buying their products. In the past it was no problem to get your money back when you followed all the rules and had reason to complain. But these days it is different. Again and again companies are making false promises and whenever they have to live up to their promise they look for excuses, referring to some fine-print in their terms of services, giving them an excuse not to give you back your money. Two or three days ago I found my second #NFT in #WombatDungeonMaster. "Only" a Standard Pack, but contrary to my first guess, I do not think that drop rates have increased, this season! How has your season been so far? Anyway it feels like my mining power is just too low for finding NFTs. :(
