Do you have the feeling that times are getting harder when dealing with #companies, as well? -Today was just another occasion when I feel #cheated by companies. I mean "cheated" is not the right word, it is more like being "tricked". It is situations like these: Companies are giving you some kind of #guarantee to lure you into buying their products. In the past it was no problem to get your money back when you followed all the rules and had reason to complain. But these days it is different. Again and again companies are making false promises and whenever they have to live up to their promise they look for excuses, referring to some fine-print in their terms of services, giving them an excuse not to give you back your money.
