eggless mango cake without oven
most of the people like mango and cake also if we combined them together it can be a great fusion. just make it and try it you will get a havenly taste .
ingredients:
1.mango- 1 big size
2.sugar-1/2 cup
3.all purpose flour-1 and 1/2 cup
4.milk-1 cup
5.powder sugar-1/2 cup
6.oil or melted butter- 1/4 cup
7.mango essence- few drops
8.salt- 1/2 tea spoon (optional)
9.baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tea spoon
recipe:
#firstly for mango pulp take a big size of mango make juice of it put it on fire add 1/2 cup of sugar or less or more as your taste cook it till it turned into jelly form
now for the cake batter:
take a bowl. add powder suger and oil together and mix it well.after that add milk and mix it . now add the flour,salt,essence mix it properly. now add 2 or 3 table spoon of mango pulp and baking powder and mid it now don't mix it for a long time rather baking soda will oxidise and our cake won't be enough flufy.
now preheat a pan or pressure cokker for 5 minutes at high heat
now place a stand and put the baking tray with the batter now close the lid and let it cook for 10 min at high heat after 10 min turn the heat at medium low and cook for 30- 35 minutes
take a tooth pic and put it in the cake if it comes out clean then your cake is ready
and if ii's not then cook it for few more minutes
now decorate your cake with mango pulp and taste it
N.B:time of baking a cake depends on it quantity the size of the mold and the heat of the stove.
