★ You feel like eating but you're not sure if you're actually hungry or bored.
★ So, if you feel like this, ask yourself if you are hungry enough to eat a banana/any other fruit.
★ If NO, that means you're just bored and craving junk food. Just drink a glass of water.
★ IF YES, the go ahead, eat that banana/any other fruit.
★ This is a very good way to stop yourself from binge eating junk food just because you're bored.
★ I usually have my fruits in sour curd. This acts as a meal/snack itself.
★ Sour curd is excellent for gut motility, prevents constipation and improves metabolism.
Having junk food once in a while is great. But bored eating is a very bad habit and this method has helped me to have healthy snacks and a better lifestyle habit.
