Breast Cancer Awareness Month is celebrated all over the world from 1st October to 31st October. Worldwide, women over the age of 50 have the highest risk of developing this cancer. While emphasis is being placed on making women aware of this issue, women as well as men are currently being made aware.
🔴 Breast cancer is now a panacea for women around the world. Breast cancer is diagnosed as a result of uncontrolled growth of cells, this uncontrolled growth causes a hard lump in the breast. Although it is treatable in different types of cancer. If left untreated, it can be fatal.
Some genetic mutations are often responsible for breast cancer. Even worldwide statistics show that 5-10% of breast cancers are caused by genetic mutations. According to doctors, women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer by one of their first-degree relatives are twice as likely to develop breast cancer in their 40s and 50s. In less than 5% of cases, genetic mutations play a significant role. According to a recent study by WHO, the disease kills 456,000 people.
