Whoaaa... this day got looong.
Not because of work... I arrived at home in time, just I get lost in the sounds... but I tell you what happened in a moment ... sit down... fancy some ice?
Great.
OK, so: I suppose, you remember how lazy I was last week> https://noise.cash/post/1j00x5vw BUT also grateful for for the comments I received for my Noise.
As I mentioned, I'll make a Noise based on all of your questions and answer as well ... and I figured, let's do it right now. @XRayMan asked about my favourite SONG, which is hard to answer (as I commented back to him last week) because often I listen to some piece according to my mood. I'm more into albums really ... that's why I like to hang around Mr. @myklj999 's #vinyljunkie program because he knows a thing or two about that black (but also red and blue!) spinning relics!
So I thought I should throw in some music as favourites... but I've got a better a idea. Let's play Truth or Dare or whatever... Tuesday is the new #TRUTHday! So truth be told... I had a long journey (which is still happening) in MusicLand, until I found my safe zones and also my thirst and hunger to seek new sounds out there.
About 1998 (well, exactly) when I've got the need for a record label product thing which carries the sounds to my own entertainment. Up until than... what sounded in the livingroom it was fine... I was more into games sounds ... if you know what I mean.
So 1998, absolute favourite it was the New hit of that year:
SCOOTER > How much is the fish> https://youtu.be/cbB3iGRHtqA
Other Runups in the School Parties (yes, those which ended up before regular supper time and still time to make your homework.... but you had to keep your mind to that girl you didn't asked for dance.... again! .... ): Rednex Cotton - Cotton Eye Joe > https://youtu.be/mOYZaiDZ7BM . YEAHHOOO! It was ages before I made my very first Yahoo Mail .... and ages AFTER I finally asked that girl (yeah, good stories always has a girl ... or two... but back to school first! ) So I asked for a dance this girl for whatever sound is well ... fit for a slow dance. I remember this stressful moment... because I Didn't Want to Miss a Thing ... so AEROSMITH came to rescue the moment ... and memories> https://youtu.be/JkK8g6FMEXE Next day SHE smiled at me... and my grades missed one ... two digits.
Yeah... By the way... what was your favourite music as a Beginner Teeneger? Do you remember?
"Do you remember the time?
Do you remember when we fell in love?
We were young and innocent then
Do you remember how it all began?
It just seemed like heaven, so why did it end? "
BTW if you didn't get that from the lyrics ... the first part of the clip also shows act of asking girls for dance.... that stressful adventure as we remember... https://youtu.be/LeiFF0gvqcc
Speaking about part one... if you liked this noise... I might continue telling about my MusicJourney ... but for bed ... and breakfast later! >D
A week ago I was super energised by the concept and the progress of Noising every day (https://noise.cash/post/1rp3m7gg). As I mentioned, I made a promise that I'll Noise every day. Period. I didn't thought this would be hard some times... like in the weekend, when I become a little bit lazy.
#MOONday will remain for a while in my editorial apetite... because let's start strong a strong week. Speaking about the MOON .. I see that many of us is thinking about "If I had put X amount of money in Y money I would be a BUZZilionaire".
No, you're not... so stop that! There is a reason for not putting a certain amount of money in any currency. BCH is TheKing BTW ! >D
Sooo you can make helluva BCHload of much ... but you know what... Just imagine now, what if you had put all your wasted time and energy into learning something (instead of __________ choose your pain!). Ore just develop one habit at the time?
I know, I know... I had a long sight too .... we could have been _________* right now! ;)
The key is the same for crypto as well, so define the WHY are you interested in certain thing/project ... and focus on the daily little things. The persistent steps, no matter what. It's sucks sometimes... but you feel much better after a period, because you own it! Do activities even if you are not in the mood... and also use the motivation, the dedication that keeps you engaged in the process, what teaches you something. Because even when it will fail... the knowledge will be there, and you'll never know when you can use for the better!
Enjoy the process, focus on the progress, but know the why and don't let time fly... it's YOURS!
SO, Noiser,
*What you could have become if.... WRONG (wonk! Wonk!) >>> what you'll become ... focusing on THAT thing from now on? Make a dedication down below! >D
I took a walk today... it wasn't raining, so I had to sip some fresh air and see some bright colours. Autumn beauty is about to peak... as I see and also hope ... We'll have the SUN visiting us next week, so 🤞 let's hope for the best and brightest!
Was your #Sunday lovely and relaxed?
According what you planned?
I already found some great subject, great spots to make some shots...
It was lovely spending some coffee time with you, later have some browsing and reading. Also
I've got some Noisey ideas for the next week, but for now... let's put some ice in our glasses and some music on> https://youtu.be/5jB1WzGIWdY Sit back, relax, because we'll have a stunning week ahead!
Wish you all the best! >D
It was a rainy, silent Saturday, and it happened that I slept up until the second coffee... so I missed my usually first coffee >D But I made it extra weekend flavour How, you ask?
I tell you: Cardamom.
I like spices (I like spicing up things) whenever I travel somewhere, I take a trip to the market or delicacy shops as I had the chance (but I told you about this before> https://noise.cash/post/l6pxx25m ).
OK, we can say that I collect spices... I always have some around and I like using them quite often. And the idea to make a dish based on the spice ... so I pick a spice and I plan my dinner or lunch on the spice.. it's not stranger to me.
Cardamom is my spice if I need to choose one... (but It's hard to choose only one) because it works also as a simple aroma ... makes you filled up with energy, smile. Especially if you add to your coffee today I simply crushed and put a pod in the mokka-pot :D Usually is a weekend thing, when I'm in no rush... the smell is gorgeous... exotic lands, lush bazaars and sun. It lifts the taste of the coffee, ads edge, refreshing it with energy and extra warmth.
I like that it's something elemental in the smell and taste of it. After all is one of the oldest spices which is traded by the Babylonians and Assyrians... it's a commodity known from the third millenium BCE. Just imagine... 5000 years ago, it was already traded... that's what I call HODL. Green cardamom was a luxury, in the western world entering in Venice in the medieval times, sometimes referring to it like the spice of kings.
Spices being a valuable commodities it's not a surprise.... after all, they make something tasteful, something good even better. So don't forget to spice up your life sometimes!
What is your favourite Spice?
Best wishes to the weekend! :D
Let's get back on track before I run to my night train and launch the weekend. That's right... I made an hour to come with my daily Noise. It's #SciFriday (yay!) and here is my SciFi Notecard No.5
Last week I made a special Noise because it was Frank Herbert's birthday (check it out if here> https://noise.cash/post/1k07m3kv ). I wanted to write something ecologic, something based on the worlds biggest problem at the moment.... the climate change. So in this sketch I'll play a little with the idea. Come with me, let's jump into the future and step in a Noise, Log... written 2 century in the future.
Note: Thank you for @frenchtoast78 because this week, while I was thinking about an angle how to make something with my world to this short story... she Noised about the the Air Plant... which fascinated me... (check out her noise here> https://noise.cash/post/lj03895g ). So thank you for the inspiration...
I took these photos almost two years ago, from October (the cover) up until late February as I was rushing to the train station. I liked those shadows on the pavement... so I might make something more with them, until then... I hope you like them as illustrations. :)
Wish you all a great #SciFriday and a relaxing, Noise filled Weekend!
>D #ScienceFiction
Let's have a break! But like 10 years ago, when I had a BeerBreak during my flight home. Naah, not just drinking beer in the cabin... we can do better, right?
OK, In todays #TBT ... here what's happened... in fact, you know what?
Come with me I show you in situ:
So we left Lisbon (yeah, you're right, this project> https://noise.cash/post/lm3ggrpk ) and after we grab that HOT Pressed TOASTY Sandwich (hmm those smokey, spice tastes - made the START!) something to read (I always like browsing around local newspapers, magazines and periodicals) sipped a double espresso, scooped a Pastel-de-Nada and straight to the airport.
We are so quick, the SUN had to ask the MOON what's going on?
(meh... sorry, it's still early)
Due to the rather unexpected travel I found a flight with connection only in Warsaw (in the reasonable price range...) so I made sure to take the next plane as late as possible. What do you think? Warsaw, here we come!
The plan was simple:
Land safely (it wasn't up to us, so... no stress there...) no luggage, so let's escape to the city as fast as possible, to see much as possible, to have a bite, have drink (or two) snap some photos and head back safely to the airport to the last flight (nine in the evening, so plenty of time).
Stunning adventure! We tasted the sight of the Polish Capital.
Lovely autumn, sunny weather (a little chilli though after Portugal).
And when the SUN was even more tired as me, I searched for a great closest bar to have a beer (or two). It was a lovely one near the bus station so perfect. Sit down, take a fresh sip. Immediately chit-chat begun and a couple of jokes and you know... how should be.
It could turn out a lovely night,
But we need to leave those folks behind....
Announcer Called: "Ladies and gentlemen, please finish your beers, the check-in for our last flight today has begun. " So with the hoppy aftertaste, let's hop on the bus and swoosh..!
Did you enjoyed this TBT Break? It's not over yet, because the flight is a small Bombardier operated by LOT (Polish Airlines) so plenty of leg-room, another ham and cheese sandwich to close the day, and ...
"Oh yes, I would like a red dry wine, after all it's night already!"
... and just leave the story in the air for now.... Cheers!
Special thanks for @fantagira who a couple of months ago made me to briefly remember to this small adventure while we were commenting something on Noise, probably a TBT, and to @LillyFortune who brought up the topic of travelling as her favourite hobby in the lazy Noise (https://noise.cash/post/1j00x5vw )
* feel free to jump in and make your comment if you want.... those who noised already, stick around, because still to come! >D
What is your favourite story around a 2 stop flight?
Humpday again?! Nooo way!
But ... Hey,
with meaningful and even funny Noise time, it worth the rush, just don't get overwhelmed by the greyish mistreats of WeatherWitch!
I liked yesterday's Noise> https://noise.cash/post/1j00x5vw I came up with that because I was quite lazy but also curious ... and lovely surprises: familiar faces and great topic/comment combos. I'll use them in future Noises, so if you missed out commenting it... make some! >D
A week ago, as a #humpday motivational Noise, I made this> https://noise.cash/post/15k29zpm . "Groundbreaking" photo-essay-ish-concept .. well, it's a sketch, an idea and I'll see if I'm gonna return to it to make it better.
But in the very middle of the week, I have to admit that in order to came up with great ideas, one way is to not scroll endlessly, searching for inspiration, because most of the time if you ask or just look out of the window and think a little bit, some great ideas will pop up! That is why I love hanging out here, on Noise... because sometimes, after a couple of great comments, (even when I write them to your Noises) brings out the ideas and sketches to the next Noise.
I'm still in the middle of editorial thinking regarding my Noise activity (as I mentioned it on MOONday> https://noise.cash/post/1rp3m7gg ), curating my previous MEH and the Not-So-Meh Noises to came up something worth commenting and catch some feedback.
Still to come on this (hopefully) lovely week, and the larger half of #October is ahead of us. So keep up, and enjoy the Festival of Golden Leafs...
BTW ... how's your plan for this week is going?
Hey Noiser,
What is your favourite _________________________ * ?
* please complete the question and answer it in the comments. ... I'm too lazy today to do it all by myself. So today is officially #Lazy #Tuesday, just here on Noise!
Cheers! >D
When we see #BCH ... "TO THE MOON" emoji is triggered in us right away. Am I right?
[hehe... That's what I'm talking about, #Noiser]
So we know the deal, time to let's kickstart the new Week with some self motivation, energy boost micro Noise. As I Noised about yesterday (https://noise.cash/post/12mv4q5p ) I made a recharge to myself, so did the sweet nothing all day. This means it's noon, I can have a break and I'm Noising right now! I hope you made some rest too, if not, schedule it for tonight, but don't swipe up your calendar app just yet... mark the next SUNday for relax day.
So back TO THE MOONday, to start a week strong and energetic as we'd like... leave the price to the markets (we all know there is only one direction -☝️- this is not a secret anymore!) and channel the enthusiasm in YOUR|SELF! Your value is more important, aaand it can be boosted every single hour, every single moment when you're grabbing that steering wheel and push that gas pedal to the max (this gas in particularly, can be... well, should be on the MAX).
You made me more active here, so super grateful for this. All the best comments, motivating words, challenging and encouraging feedbacks made me to hold onto my promise (up until now🤞) to Noise every day. Remember? - https://noise.cash/post/ln0rz6rx
FUN fact> As this is the 11th Noise in this month... I managed to not remain silent even in the jaw-dropping busy-fest days, but also I'm more motivated to be here daily as ever before.
All of this, because of YOU! :D
My goal for this week is to reevaluate my Noises, mostly the themes of them (subject matter) and make a comfortable editorial for myself to great contents... so now is the time to leave a feedback what you want more of it, and what you hate, so I can... you know... forget it :D
Noise you later, Noiser ... but for just a sec:
What is your NoiseGoal for this week?
Make this #Monday for a #betterweek!
I made a proper SUNday schedule for today: after two months of 7/7 days of working, I made "nothing" ... and it felt great... Also I made a tastefully confit byaldi and some roasted potato chips and carrots (similar as two months ago: https://noise.cash/post/187jv4vk ).
I went Vegan today (almost) ... just because it's FUN!
This is what happened:
I woke up early ... maybe because the commuting habit turned into a reflex... but I slept a little more... until the SUN was up and the SUNday was launched. After a grey week with cold, autumn "nothankyou" wether, the blue sky and the yellowy dressed forest from my window was heaven... I made two coffees, one after the other ... both with cardamom (my special weekend spice for coffee ... if I don't forget to put into the beans ... )
After the long lunch and a double glass of beers, I'm ready for leisure time... so what movie should I watch? Still hungry for October movies... so bring them on! >D
I hope your SUNday was great, and as 4 month ago I invited you to listen to a lazy summer Sunday, music session (https://noise.cash/post/122r023w ) now I'll do the same, if you want, join me> pop a glass and recharge for the next week.
If I ever grow up... I'll have a vinyl collection, like @myklj999 there!
Until then... here is the link> https://youtu.be/EFo2wvQEm_s
Cheers to the Next Week, Noiser! >D
Today it was a strange day. I felt the autumn mood... It's not the colours, which BTW are still awesome, and Noise is buzzing with the golden palette all day, and I love it... but the smell of the autumn. The lights are great.... in the evening (the mornings are misty> https://noise.cash/post/1j0x8rxn and the it will stay until March) are pure gold, warm and magical touches ... BUT the smell of autumn this time is great.
That yellow carpet under the trees, full with spicy scents, earthy smells and heavenly woody incenses ... sometimes just a hint of delicate flowers and fruits flavours savour the bouquet.
So this night just smell from the window... or take a walk if you can, and enjoy the heavenly collection. The vibrant colours can steal your attention, but in the evening you just focus on the perfumes of autumn.
What's your Autumn Perfume smells like? Do you love the earthy, oud, casky scents of Ocotober? What is your Saturday Night program? Fancy some fresh air, kicking some golden leaf?
Take care! >D
#SciFriday Special Report today,
because 101 years ago on this very day, Frank Herbert was born. Fresh in the movies, the latest adaptation of his most important novel, DUNE is capturing the audience as we Noise...
I could write a ton of interesting thing about his work, like an article about the Oregon Dunes for a magazine (never published) gave the seed for 6 years of research, until it became the first important SciFi novel about climate problems, also about the fact that the novel was rejected about twenty publishers (lesson: keep Noising, no matter what!) and the first adaptation of the movie, directed by David Lynch it wasn't a huge success in the US, but in Europe and Japan.... it need a certain mood for the movie ... I like a lot.
Speaking about the movie.... this is how I met @UplandDood here, on Noise. He Noised about this movie (https://noise.cash/post/1m302nq6 ) we commented some and the rest is Noistory ... go check out his Noises!
Long story short, I think I'll watch the old Dune movies this weekend... did you see them? Did you see the new one? Did you read the novel?
----
I might come back with Dune facts and stories if you are interested... like Alejandro Jodorowsky's a decade before Lynch tried to make an adaptation... but the 14 hours saga never got a green light .... he was working on the project, but it was too big, the timing was not ready I guess, or politics ... anyways ... BUT ... just imagine what would have been with names involved like Salvador Dalí, Mick Jagger, Pink Floyd, Orson Wells, Moebius ...
Happy Birthday Frank Herbert, and thank you! >D
In todays #TBT, we are back in Venice, again.
Well, I didn't Noised about Venice, Venice - just about the biennale (usually that is the destination) you remember this ... or not, here you are> https://noise.cash/post/l74j0k0w
I'll come up with some art journals, snapshots from the event... but until then, I'll share about my obvious passion - doing photography.
Today, I'll share with you this grey, monotone mood (snapped through the vaporettos window) ... because this is (it think) the magical part of travel. You never know (I'm a meticulous planner as well, but even then...) if the weather will be on your site ... on site or not... Whatever the situation will be, always remember: seek for the memories, search for the beauty ... it's everywhere, and it isn't hard to spot it :D
All the best wishes to you! >D
So, #humpday HUH?
Until I landed on Noise, I never new there is such a thing... I mean, I know It's Wednesday and that's it. Truth be told, as an entrepreneur, I work/think/stress all the time, so the middle of the week was ... it wasn't. But after a serious series of procrastination levelled all the way up to Mastery, I decided to let's be real> being busy all the time is not sexy at all. And it's the sign that I don't do (a lot of things, but for now ...) something quite right. So the middle of the week is a perfect time to reflect this. Here is how I'm doing>
I shot these leaf photos early in the morning
[- Leafs? Again, @szbarnaus? - you smiled politely and with great patience between two eye rolling moment
- OH... Hmm, Yeah ... but ... just one more time, I promise - I mumbled with my red face, ashamed by the poor fantasy and content from my silent mundaneness among the Noisey Giants]
... so leafs, photo, morning - here are they. Just because it splits in two parts, like the workweek is smashed in two by the Noisey Wednesday (aka Humpday). So I made my motivational Noisecards ... use them, criticise them, comment them with your steps of boosting up the week ... in other words ... tell me if you are making a check on your progress of the week, or you rather follow a daily routine. Or just Noise about the week so far ... I hope you made the bigger part of the hump, and now comes the funny, gliding part of the week :D
Take care!
>D
I made a decision, that in October I'll be more active, more Noise(y). So I made my first Noise about this ( https://noise.cash/post/ln0rz6rx ). So let's keep the promise. So far, so good as it seems.
I found myself as I walked on the street today, thinking about a spontaneous Noise. Before this, I rarely wrote anything just as it came up, so I'm starting this today. This very Tuesday. Don't hold back your criticism ... I'm here to learn >D
I'm always on the hunt for ok photos. I have an ongoing photo-project with plants in urban area, so the contrast between a delicate flowers and concrete, industrial objects is quite interesting to me. This is why I noised in the summer about the obstacles and flowers. (Did you see it, if not, take a look here> https://noise.cash/post/1x9wkqw0 ). So, as I was walking I saw this gorgeous bright spots, the magical leaves as landed on the pavement, dancing and made a lovely contrast with the patterns. Not only the colours got me... but also the metaphorical presence on the surface.
It's maybe silly, in this case I'm sorry for keep up your time, but I see the patterns as a blockchain, and the bright leaves the tokens, coins... (because part of the story jumps back in my childhood, when we collected these like treasures - do you remember?) ... so they are there, everybody see them, everybody know they are there. But only when need it, we collect it. And let me jump back to the children leaf collection> you have the opportunity to collect as much as you want... but if you don't appreciate it, you don't press it, preserve it nicely ... it will vanish ... burn...
Like the childhood leaf collection, seeing in a nice and tidy folder after decades .... crypto is similar> Collecting it, is fun, but staking it right, will be much more valuable filled with not much market value, but great memories as well.
So I wish you Noiser great time, meaningful comments and valuable feedbacks to develop your craft here as we collect the falling, bright BCH while we can. As cheerful, Noisey children when we collect these fair and respectfully, more will come, and maybe we realise ... having FUN is even more important!
Did you collect leaves? Do you still have them?
Keep up the cheerful collecting! >D
OK, now the real October begins. I mean... weekend was fun (right? I hope!) but as MOONday kicks in, we're up and running for the week.
First, let's do some gymnastics, like the reeds in the autumn wind. Then change our summer attire for the Fall collection. Put some yellow, warm colours there, bright up our dresses for the misty mornings. Oh, I hope you listen to this months hymn for misty mornings (If not, here it is> https://noise.cash/post/1j0x8rxn ) Just pour some warm smile into that cup, or sip that hot chocolate kiss (You know what I'm talking, Coco-Choco Lover!) and let's make this October the best as ever happened!
And have a great week, be productive, because the best Noise is yet to come!
BTW - What are you drinking on a chilli morning form your favourite cup? >D
On a misty morning...
like tomorrow for example, I'll remember the this strange phenomena in which is a must in fall. (In my case anyway) fog, mist is always a white, slow slow killer, cool puncher beast. You know that will be a sunny day, but it lifts up your shirt, and you feel the frozen touch through its ice cold scratches as your hot skin.... BUT don't worry, the Sun is up, and soon, our mysterious "ice cool" friend will be scooped out from our way.
SO let's have a bright October week, and when you see the Misty Beast in the morning, just listen to this > https://youtu.be/4TKJOE78Fn8
And the steps are one step right, to step left, one forward and fly away, towards the SUN, leave your troubles behind... and Noise over the misty scene.... so have a stunning Week!
Night Night Noisers.... what do you watch this weekend?
I realised immediately on the second day, that weekend is tough for Noising.... expecially when you are full with programs, family visit and you loose some time in the Sunny Fall mood. Speaking of witch ... in September, when it comes to Back to School, I always have a kind of Harry Potter vibe to reread the whole novels... or rewatch the movies.
I thought... let's collect some movie ideas, witch specifically will lift the mood (No Halloween just yet... just the beauty of fall).
Personally I might rewatch "Autumn in New York" I have to admit it, when I see the first time, I cried.
Did you saw the movie? Let's Noise some really great OCTOBER Movies! >D
All the best!
I fell like the leaves falling these days....
in other words, it was a bloody #BetterSeptember - thanks for @UplandDood - but although I planned a more active and Noisey month ... I was quite silent.
The good news is, I made more Noises in September, than ever before in one month... still few, but I started to write at least. And there is no bad news... except this month, Halloween is coming ... Bhoooo!
Thank you, lovely Noisey friends for the feedback, motivation and being around your consistent, hard work... makes me do more.
And I already wrote some headlines for the upcoming month. October is a strange one, last sunny days before the cold, misty beast, before the soul crushes November... but hold on ... let's just enjoy the October first.
These Photos was taken last year...
Take a look, take a deep breath and let's make more great Noise in #October!
I already like the golden leaves, the Noise of them ... Sizzing like rattlesnake under our feet. My goal is to Noise every day. Period.
What is your goal this October? What is you favourite parts of the Month?
(Pumpkin, everyone? :D )
Have a Noisey October!
In todays #TBT I'll be short,
short as my stay in Tuscany in those beautiful September days ...
The light were golden, the fruits full with sweet tastes.
So as the wine and.....
I never was a huge fan of Iron Maiden (just a tiny fan :p ) but I always loved the dedication of this band in their craft. So, yeah this could come out of the blue, but I had to share with you what happened. Yesterday I was chillin' at home (it's easy, cause we are already in the fridge, lower than 12 °C) ... popped a beer, not those aroma-filled taste explosions like my buddy @Fufilur but I'm getting there >D ... as I clicked the thumbnails on YouTube *(because everybody on Noise went to sleep and it was quite silent ... just sayin' .... come on #Noisers!)
I saw that the Iron Maiden released a new album. And it's on their YT channel for free... how cool is that! So I thought you should know about this...
Here is the two clips form the album (story written by Bruce Dickinson, who is the singer)> https://youtu.be/FhBnW7bZHEE it's filled with great sounds, visuals, SciFi based story, samurai symbols and jam-packed with signs from historical chronicles, like the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse , in this case... bikers.
The personal touch :
______________________________
During high school I heard their music the first time. As a teenager I was amazed that they are already rockin' when I was born! And I'm listening and watching this performance ... still riffing, exploding and screaming the joy of metal music from the gigantic stages and through those grey/white, noisey little Multimedia Speaker box things (yeah, I know those were loudspeakers, but LOL) which had a volume and on-off button near the led ... and treble/bass on the same switch - remember, anyone?... that meant you've got a SoundBlaster inside, cool!
... Anyways back to the band, they never stopped, and still legends. ....
A new album? Respect! A pure example to dedication, passion and authentic Rock Star Level!
If this is not enough, they launching an NFT collection with Funko as POP characters...
Other great links:
1. Stratego, also from the new album - https://youtu.be/ge6kCUemu2k
2. This one is a special note to @myklj999 maybe he will pick this up so we can see in an upcomming #vinyljunkie Noise> https://youtu.be/c4vcuyNHCUw Looks like a great collectible.
3. Special dedication for @Fufilur maybe we see this on his TasteNoises - tasting the Iron Maiden IPA> https://youtu.be/hxvxt5BRFmc
4. Special dedication for @Cryptorah to boost, push and wishing the best for the writing - The Parchment, also from the new album> https://youtu.be/dt8uqyirQvM
EXTRA BONUS: The front man, singer, Bruce Dickinson it's a pilot too... the band (sorry, the institution) have a Boeing 757 (Ed Force One) and flying all over touring... should I add some more awesomeness? Did you like the band, do you have some collectibles?
Take Care! >D
I didn't figured out yet, what I love more: travelling or taking pictures.
I think telling a good story with photographs (*at least I'm trying) is the real reason I don't want to separate the two.
In todays (really cold but real) #TBT* let's jump back to somewhere warm, about seven years back in time (to this exact day) and revisit the 7th largest mosque in the world. That's right... come and join me in Morocco.
Yesterday I noised about also todays memory a couple of years ago ... (https://noise.cash/post/l74j0k0w ) because so much story to tell, I had to split in two... luckily, Wednesday in my time... is already Thursday on the other side ... so TBT was used accordingly.
Also on todays Noise, I want to thank you that now I have 500 followers. In two weeks! Noisers this is beyond my smile factor... >D
Did you visited Morocco? What is your favourite memory?
Who likes art? (hey @adoniis !)
In today's #TBT I can choose quite a number of memories form the lovely September... but as I ran through the pictures, I remembered a classy one, from the 2015 Venice Biennale. It's Jeremy Deller's "Factory Records" piece, which was exhibited in the main area in the Giardini - if you are familiar with the venue... if not I would love to tell you more about this.
(Remember, I mentioned similar memories about Art Basel - which is finally organised these days... not June because the lockdown. I mentioned this here> https://noise.cash/post/167w0608 or about the Berlin Biennale > https://noise.cash/post/157zqp3z - But I'll tell you about these... because I must be productive.. and write :D ).
So that's for this short #TBT - a great experience in arts ... contemporary jukebox with NOISE on NOISE.
Do you like the concepts? Did you saw an actual jukebox... or best of the best... do you have one? Did you visited the Biennale before?
Drop some comments, put the NOISE record on, and let's make NOISE! >D
So much happened in this weekend too, I've missed my window to launch my SciFriday Noise again. Double bummer, because I was charged with holiday/remembering feeling about one of my favourite SciFi writer> Stanislaw Lem.
Ever since I was a child and I started reading SciFi stories, I met his name quiet early and his capturing style in his books. Immediately I was hooked by the stories.
100 years ago on 12 or 13 September 1921 in Lwów Poland (now Lviv, Ukraine) Stanislaw Lem was born and he was working/living in Kraków till 2006. Remembering this day, the Polish Parliament declared this year, 2021 - Year of Stanisław Lem in Poland.
His work it wasn't "just" SciFi. He often used the medium to think and experiment about the human limitations, bigger questions about humanities evolution, cognitive well being and of course, the future. His stories, often embarks to present the intimate and deep inner world of cosmonauts when they reach out the space (Solaris) or the incompatibility of time shifts after a long space journey (Return from the stars). He's style of writing is captivating, often playing with the philosophical depth and playful humour (Memoirs of a space traveller). Whenever I read one of his short stories or monumental novels, I always feel the wast knowledge behind every sentence. His life, adventurous as his stories often represented in shards or as dust in the heroes and plots of his work... Just imagine he wrote such precise space travel stories and gave a platform to other artists like Andrei Tarkovsky to make his iconic movie adaptation of "Solaris" 50 years ago (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LMMn8czq2w ). two decade ago, Solaris was again made into a movie (https://youtu.be/rvm7WMbXfeY ) starring George Clooney. But if you have the time, you need to read it ...
Without stretching this too long, I would like to send YOU, Stanislaw Lem this Noise. I'm confident, that you'd love it this platform. I want to thank you the massive work you gave to the world. The stories I read already, and I will reread, because I must. I know there are stories I didn't read yet, so the future is bright in this area as well.
Happy Birthday, Stanislaw Lem!
What is your favourite book/story from Stanislaw Lem?

To make a #BetterSeptember it's a good idea to have a look at the past, the moments which worth to be lived again. I did searched for some NoiseCards in my drawer... so in todays #TBT we jump back in time ... 5 years ago, to the beautiful Amalfi Coast, Italy.
It was just yesterday. I'm still smelling the smokey fresh pizza in Tramonti as we learn how to make the delicacy.
The rule of simplicity, as always: fresh tomato (like @Elpbuidl showed us: https://noise.cash/post/l3vp7g4j or @proto26 if you want more colour: https://noise.cash/post/lx940vr6 ) That's right! The best pomodoro is the technique... ok some basil and great mozzarella. That was easy for me... cause the dough was already done and I just watched and sipped the red wine while I was waiting to took the heavenly feast out of the oven. But to make great pizza, you need to know the basic method to make the dough ... yeah, like @fufilur is mastering the craft theese days> https://noise.cash/post/lp3k5rzv . Thank you for the memories, my Noisers! >D
If you have the time, I took out some photos from the trip... but only from the neighbourhood: Atrani is a small gem from the coast... Positano is quite popular, but I like the small places with smiling streets and cheerful moments.
I hope you enjoy!
Do you want me to send some more TBT NoiseCard? Did you were to Amalfi Coast? Which location is your favourite? Thank you for stepping in!
>D
Thank you for all of you 400!
I'm happy I saw the number of my followers grown to 400. And I'm grateful for the few of you, who always jumps in, comment and keep in Noise. You know yourself! >D
And here is the FUN(nier) part about 400:
4 month ago I Noised about that I reached 200 followers (https://noise.cash/post/152jjq22 ) so i jumped back to that Noise, and I smiled that familiar faces with early(er) comments... It was just yesterday (well, 4 month) but feels like good memories already!
Also, the number 400 in gematria [FYI: the alphanumerical code which in short and simple gives numerical value for a name ... ] is the last number which can be written with one letter> 400 - ת (Tav). How cool is that!?
What other interesting fact you know with 400 ? (BCH price was also 400(-ish) when it was at the lowes... hm... )
Jump in for more if you are a number person (or just have time for fun)>
source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/400_(number)
BCH flying high, you know how I feel,
It's going to the Sky, you know how I fell ... 🎶
Yupp! That's right! Great mood on Monday!
As soon as I saw @cryptorah 's words as he Noised this morning: "Monday morning, a new day, a new week, the sun is shinning ... " I knew what I will be my Noiseing about.
This weekend @UplandDood had a great idea. (Well a couple of great ideas, but this particularly it's a great editorial initiative, so I'm rescheduled accordingly my "never get written articles" - Hey! Don't point on me those looks... I've got so much procrastination to do! ) Anyways... As a new Month already is up and running smoothly, let's make a #BetterSeptember together. From my part I'll try to not loose the mood, the productivity and hopefully I'll come up with some acceptable Noises.
For this, from now one.. I'll Noise every Monday a MoodNoise... What better way to kickstart that week with joyful mood and happy thoughts, you agree?
FUN fact: September the 6th was the very first day in the Long Count Astronomical Mayan Calendar 3114 BCE in the Julian Calendar (wowhaaat?!) That's HODL there, right? Everyday is a good start to do something awesome, but Monday is SuperDope... don't you think?
To set the mood, I'll put the record .... (Oh, spoilers: Video killed the radio star!) than I'll post the youtube clip for the song I've got in mind when I read @cryptorah 's Noise:

Nina Simone - Feeling Good

So let's make a #BetterSeptember day by day, kickstarting a great week and keep up the great Noises!
Have a lovely one! >D

Let's fly into the weekend with #SciFriday! Glad to be back on track, so let's Noise another SciFi NoiseCard to you. It is not brand new, because a couple of years ago, when No Man's Sky launched I wrote some thoughts, ideas so I reused them in these cards. I still have the idea to write stories inspired by the randomly generated worlds in that game... or just use the space exploration as a great platform to craft some stories. I had the game on my PS4, but I sold it last year, and I thought I will jump back on PC, when I make some tokens here and there.
I still don't have the game... as life on earth is happening all the time, but as the game has a promotion now I became interested to try out this story making challenge... so we'll see. BTW- I'm super curious what do you think of this? Making recordings, screenshots and inventing some cool adventures in space... just for fun of course. And by this you can see, sometimes I'm more interested in the storyline of the game than the gaming mechanics when it comes to gaming... but more on this later...
When Alien Worlds was freshly hot and crispy I Noised about merging the two game's world... (do you remember? here> https://noise.cash/post/1xvxmqkk ).
I'm not link the new trailer of this... instead our fellow Noiser ... @TrocProcLock 's recording on the current game. Take a look of the space adventure> https://noise.cash/post/1r440wpv
For this story cards I used as the rule for SciFriday, my photos and my screenshots from 5 years ago, when I played the game on PS4. Enjoy and don't hold back your comments!
All the best, Noiser! >D
#ScienceFiction
#TBT again! (as I said today already, time flies>https://noise.cash/post/1r3g3mqw ).
I was hesitant first, how to continue my #TBT Noises (https://noise.cash/post/l6vw6xrp) ... because on one hand I'm still enjoying the warm September in Amarante... having a quite long bike ride between small villages, drinking local wines with locals... that was great, so I'll jump back to that next time.
Today, I collected from my memories golden photos, or photo-shots with golden light in different towns, different times... but on the same day: September 2nd(ish). So let's Throw Back myself to a Thursday, and I hope you enjoy the view, shots, memories. BTW: which one do you like? Which one is your favourite?
Wish you the best, Vacation will be back soon, don't worry people... just have the September Noisey and Golden!
>D
New Month again! Strange how time flies faster with Noise... but the new month also gives new energy as well.
September was always a back to School mood. Yesterday @Elpbuidl Noised about the new month and about the opportunity to catch up with old friends. So I jumped in commenting (https://noise.cash/post/19gnvx2x ) that my memories with September and going back to school and seeing my old friends... also @cryptorah jumped in with nostalgia so you guessed it... September starts great here on Noise! Thank you for the memories... September will be packed with memories and stories if all is rumbling according to my plans.
First step, let see if I'll find back myself some nuggets to TBT later today ... until than I wish you a great New Month:
Solid September and Awesome Noises! I've got an idea to this weekend so don't go far ... See you with the September rainy days, runny noses, and Funny Noises.
Oh, as you noticed, my colour theme for this years September is around sapphire... so I snatched a pic from the Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry illustrations which was comissioned 610 years ago (that what I call HODL! :D ) ... but this is because is part of my weekend plan, and also I like them.
(More on it from the source> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tr%C3%A8s_Riches_Heures_du_Duc_de_Berry )
So I'll be back in no time! Take care!
