To make a #BetterSeptember it's a good idea to have a look at the past, the moments which worth to be lived again. I did searched for some NoiseCards in my drawer... so in todays #TBT we jump back in time ... 5 years ago, to the beautiful Amalfi Coast, Italy. It was just yesterday. I'm still smelling the smokey fresh pizza in Tramonti as we learn how to make the delicacy. The rule of simplicity, as always: fresh tomato (like @Elpbuidl showed us: https://noise.cash/post/l3vp7g4j or @proto26 if you want more colour: https://noise.cash/post/lx940vr6 ) That's right! The best pomodoro is the technique... ok some basil and great mozzarella. That was easy for me... cause the dough was already done and I just watched and sipped the red wine while I was waiting to took the heavenly feast out of the oven. But to make great pizza, you need to know the basic method to make the dough ... yeah, like @fufilur is mastering the craft theese days> https://noise.cash/post/lp3k5rzv . Thank you for the memories, my Noisers! >D If you have the time, I took out some photos from the trip... but only from the neighbourhood: Atrani is a small gem from the coast... Positano is quite popular, but I like the small places with smiling streets and cheerful moments. I hope you enjoy! Do you want me to send some more TBT NoiseCard? Did you were to Amalfi Coast? Which location is your favourite? Thank you for stepping in! >D

I have been lucky to wander along the Amalfi coast and Napoli area🤗 This is where I learned to make pizza dough and imported at home seeds of the super tasty little Napoli tomatoes from the plant of a famous napolitan pizzeria restaurant to garnish it! I do remember also the unforgettable mozzarella di buffala, so soft, creamy, and tasty. Nothing to compare with the mozzarella of a milk cow... Some other great cheese, fresh lemon juice also were absolutely fantastic, especially the one sipped after a climb of more than 1000 steps to Ravello, a village in the mountain..,! And...so so so so many more souvenirs..🥲♥️
Sounds you charged yourself with good vibes, tastes, energy... I love it! Fascinating sights, villages there... I was in Ravello too to a concert in the Oscar Niemeyer Auditorium... I like that futuristic thing and the beautiful sea in the background... Also popping out from the mountain when you are down at the beach... With the wish of a returning to that experience, I send you the best to your day! Take care! >D
Sounds delicious my friend and revisiting old memories is so pleasurable. to remember sights, sounds, smells, textures
Yes! I think when we talk about memories... sounds, smells and tastes are definitely part of the scene... so as the landscape and the very elemental textures as we touch the environment. So I'm glad you liked my NoiseCard! >D
