Kawhia, New Zealand 🇳🇿 Black sand beach! The black sand is so soft and makes it look super reflective :) The whole of New Zealand’s west coast is black sand due to the soft material coming from a nearby volcano - mt Taranaki :) I posted about that mountain a few weeks ago (if you like, you can see my hike up to the summit here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=A3QhQioBUhI ) Also, Kawhia (pronounced kafia) is another hot water beach! So you can dig into the sand and hot water will fill up, so you have a private hot tub :)
