Mt Taranaki, out in the distance! 🏔 🌋 Can you see Taranaki above the clouds out in the distance? You might need to zoom in a little, but it was incredible to be able to see from here! There is an old Maori legend that tells a story of how Taranaki and Ruapehu had a falling out and Taranaki moved to the west coast. It’s one of the more unique mountains here, and my favourite:) some more Ruapehu posts coming later, enjoy your Saturday night / Sunday morning everyone! Peace and love!
