Emerald Pools, Tongariro crossing - Part 2!:) Good morning noise fam!:) I had the day off yesterday as I needed a technology break. I wanted to share a close up of the emerald pools, this is following on from my last post. This photo isn’t edited, the colour really is this! Hard to believe even for myself when I was standing right here! You can’t swim here as it’s a protected national park, and it’s high acidic content. It was warm, and would be a crazy place to swim. I’m sure some people have! There is a crater lake I am yet to summit on an other volcano, that people used to swim in. That’s a future venture and post! Have a great day everyone! Peace and love :)
