Chow Mei Noddles ,its really delicious and Oriental dish .i hope you try at home .
500 g yakissoba noodles
1 chicken breast with bone
2 carrots cut into sticks dentes 4 cloves of garlic tal 2 stems of fine leeks or 1 large
1 pack of been sprouts
1 pack chives
1 table spone white sesame
6 tablespoon soya souce
2 tablespoon cornstarch
51/2 tablespoon of panda oyester sauce
41/2 tablespoon of culinary Chinese wine
21/2 tablespoon of sugar
11/2 tablespoon of rosted sesame oil
black pepper to taste
slice the leek ,cut the carrots ,chop the garlic cloves ,wash the bean sprouts, slice the chives dioagonaly and reserve everything separately .
prepare the souce : prepare the cornstarch with shoyu sauce in a bowl and stir well to mix well reserve
Cut the chicken breast into strips and 4 tablespoon of the sauce on the chicken to marinate for ten minutes
cook the pasta according to pasta instruction to be all dente and as soon as it ready ,pass it in cold water to stop cooking . reserve half culf of pasta cooking water ,heat a pan add olive oil and fry the garlic until it began to brown add the marinate chiken and stir for three minutes
Add the bean sprout and stir for two minutes. add the pasta and reserve souce and half culf of pasta cooking water
Stir well ,place slice chives on top and sprinkle with sesame. serve immediately.
