This branch of engineering is an advanced and emerging area of technology which has shown phenomenal growth. The curriculum has consciously been designed in accordance with the needs of the industry. Elective subjects such as OOPS, DBMS, System Design and Multimedia Computing have been included apart from basic sciences and allied subjects.

Industrial Training and Projects are an integral part of the curriculum whereby students can correlate their theoretical knowledge with a practical approach in problem solving. The department maintains state-of-the-art DBMS Software, CAD, Hardware, Multimedia and Networking Laboratories with Internet facility.
