1 onion

250ml vegetable stock

Preparation:
1.) Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
2.) Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
3.) Heat some olive oil in a pan and sweat the onion and garlic in it. Then add the minced meat and fry until it is cooked through.
4.) Add corn, bell pepper and peas and roast briefly, season everything well. Stir in the tomato paste and deg-laze with the vegetable stock.
4.) Let everything simmer for a few minutes, then fold in the rice loosely. Then season again to taste well.
5.) Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
