Gnocchi mushroom pan with creamy sauce - delicious fitness dish

You want it to be quick at lunchtime or in the evening and you have no idea what to cook? Then try this healthy and delicious gnocchi mushroom pan.

Our gnocchi with mushroom sauce are quick and easy to prepare and taste heavenly. The creamy sauce goes perfectly with the gnocchi and provides some healthy nutrients through the mushrooms. Because we conjure up a light cream and mushroom sauce, the dish is not heavy on the stomach.

Our gnocchi mushroom pan is a vegetarian dish that fades the thought of meat and tastes good for the whole family. You can even make it vegan if you want. You can also find the alternative ingredients in the recipe.

Number of servings : 2 servings

Ingredients for the light gnocchi mushroom pan:

500g mushrooms or mixed mushrooms (porcine mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, ...)

1 large onion

400g gnocchi (also available vegan, without egg)

250g milk (for the vegan variant: plant drink)

1 dash of cream (for the vegan version: soy cream)

1 EEL Mel

Salt pepper

3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

olive oil

Preparation:

1.) Finely dice the onion. Slice the mushrooms.

2.) Heat a pan and fry the onion with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and roast.

3.) Season with salt and pepper and deg laze with milk and a dash of cream.

4.) Let simmer briefly and in the meantime prepare the gnocchi. Either you cook them according to the instructions on the package or you fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown. This way they get crispy and form a great contrast to the creamy sauce.

5.) Mix the flour with a little water and stir into the simmering sauce. Stir constantly until the sauce has thickened nicely. Season with the spices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

6.) Serve the gnocchi together with the sauce and enjoy.
