Let take some flashback of the previous topic lastly we discussed about **what is cell and what are the physical appearance of the cell** now today's lecture will be the second part of the cell **lipid barrier of the cell membrane** Q. *What is the lipid barrier of the cell membrane and how it prevents from the water substances penetration*? Now let me explain you simply or in simple terms basically the cell membrane contains lipid bilayer which is made up of very thin lipids only two the molecules are thick besides these molecules large **globular proteins** also found. 1. **Lipid bilayer composition** A. **Phospholipid molecules** In this phospholipid molecule there are two ends of the molecule one end is **hydrophilic** and the other end is **hydrophobic**, hydrophilic is also known as water loving that means this end is soluble in water and non soluble in fats while as the other end is hydrophobic which is fat loving and soluble in fats and non soluble in water. On the other hand the hydrophobic end has the tendency to congregate at the middle of the said membrane and are fluid in nature the fat molecules can easily flow from one end to another end. For example alcohol, CO2 and oxygen etc. While as the the hydrophillic portion has the ability to cover the whole surface with water and acts as a blanket. B. **Lipid bilayer special character** 1. Fluid like substance. 2. Molecules can flow from one end to another end in that fluid for example proteins. 3. Cholestrol driver eg steroid nucleus which is highly volatile with the hydrophobic sites of the membrane and are easily penetrated by that area. C. **Cell membrane proteins** Basically proteins are the body building blocks they made the body mass. The proteins are floating upon the lipid bilayer for example football is floating upon the water body. Cell membrane proteins contains **glycoproteins which are of two types **integral proteins** which are transported through the membrane while as the other one is **peripheral proteins** which are linked to the one surface of the membrane and are not been transported.

This is my first post regarding the cell and its function hope you like the topic. Let me draw your kind attention towards **what is cell** *cell is the basic unit of life of the existence of all the living creatures of the planet cell may be prokaryotic and eukaryotic*. Each human being consists of 100 trillion cells and all of them are living in nature some of them can reproduce and contains fluid like surroundings which helps them to grasp the nutrients from that surroundings. To understand the function of different tissues, organs and the whole organisms so, first of all we have to understand the physical appearance of the cell so, let me explain: Inside the cell it is not only the sack of box fluid like structure but also consists of some special cell organelles which could perform the special function of the cell like mitochondria **also known as the power house of the cell which carries 90% of the cell energy through ATPs Adenosine Triphosphate which is very important**. **Membraneous structure of the cell** **Taken by Mi note 7 pro by me self diagram** Let me explain membranes of the cell in its simpler form mainly cell membrane is composed of lipids and proteins , membraneous structures are many types which contains Golgi apparatus, Endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial membrane. The membrane acts as wall of the cell gatekeeper of the cell which prevents the backflow of the water soluble materials. The cell membrane allows some needed proteins of the cell which acts as the special path of the cell and are known as cell **pores**. Membraneous structure consists cell membrane so, lets us understand below: **Cell membrane** Like every human being is covered with skin as a covering throughout the whole body same is here cell is covered by thin elastic covering or envelope which is probably 7.9 to 9.8 NM thick this membrane is rich in lipids and proteins. This membrane is composed of 23% of cholesterol and 53% of phospholipids and 3% of carbohydrates. I conclude this topic here as part 1 and again I will start as part 2 of the cell and its function. Life is not easy for every one even child's are the victims, hi this is my niece she is 4 years old she was suffering from a disease in scientific terminology we call it hydatid cyst, the cyst was present on the upper side of the left lung, she was feeling breathing problem but now thanks almighty she got operated and now on ventilator she is now better. suhajazz Hello noise family hope you are doing well except me, from last fifteen days I am not feel well because my Papa is not feeling well, my father is suffering from lower joint pain femur bone the longest and largest bone of the body, we consulted doctor he referred us x-ray unit, then x-ray detected L5, S1 discs. In a day some minutes are very crucial the pain is unbearable. My father is every thing for me he cares me till now I am 27 but it my responsibility to keep ma paa happy, please pray for my paa. This lake is 25 Kms away from aharbal water fall, I trekked by foot hills, this lake is 3 Kms long and 0.75 widest and this lake is also sacred in Hinduism.
