Part 1 Nutrition Hello and welcome noise family and students in this blog I am gonna discuss about nutrition. What is nutrition ? Nutrition is simple term when we do any activity or work we need energy to do work for example we ride bicycle or cutting wood blog etc besides work we also need energy inorder to keep our body in order. We get energy and nutrition from different kinds of food materials. In this biosphere there are millions of species which obtain and use their food in different mode, some organisms use simple food materials obtain from inorganic sources in the form of carbon dioxide we call them autotrophs by the process photosynthesis (photo means light and synthesis means to breakdown ) like others organisms heterotrophs they use complex type of food in addition complex food type they need biocatalyst known as enzymes all the heterotrophs are directly or indirectly dependent upon autotrophs.

Trout Fishes are abundant throught the world some are marine some are freshwater, some are bony some are cartilagenous there are so many species in our state but most abundant is trout and rainbow trout fishes, trout fishes are fresh water fishes belonging to the Genera Oncorhynchus.

LADAAKH memories I have never visited LADAAKH before but finally my friend sameer ah mir made it possible it was the 2021 one we left for LADAAKH tour me and three other friends in swift SUV car the destination was 600 Kms far away from my home. LADAAKH is 17000 feet above the sea level there is scarcity of oxygen and also there we also visited there pangong lake Tso thanks for reading my micro blog.

I got married in 2018 and I have daughter which is four years old, life goes very fast some known persons left this world some left us with memories and I got many responsibilities which are very crucial. Today I was very sad on this day year 2021 my grandmother passed away 😥 she was humble, kind and lovable, without grand parents grandparents home is nothing. Hello friends welcome to noise family hope you are doing great. Today I woke up early in the morning and did my activities of the day but today it was 3 degree minus in temperature rather than yesterday but wearing down feather jacket keeps my body warm in my Kashmir there is harsh winter for 40 days we call it our native language chilli e kalan this is very much dangerous.
