There are times when our subconscious mind tells us something is wrong, and we start to act on that information. To do a handstand, all you have to do is stand up and do one. Keep your tongue in your mouth and move your mouth forward and backwards without moving it. The more you do this, the less afraid you will become of the things that make you afraid.

They won't permanently solve the problem, but they will help you get closer to getting better and getting back to your old life. It will probably become second nature to use them when you're stressed as you get better at them.
