I know that most of you will think this as a scam or like a hoax but I'll still post it since I don't have a "job" online or here in our town, hoping that somebody will help me. I just really want to help my mom with my school bills because our father left us.

I'll go straight to the point.
I need around 7 dollars to be able to enroll on my college courses. I know that for some of you, you will think that $7 isn't a huge money but for me, it is. I had an exemption in our tuition fee for being a Dean's Lister but there's still fees to be paid. Below is the screenshot.
So as you can see, it says 350 which is the equivalent of $7 to Philippine Peso. I need at least 3 days, starting from now to pay the amount since I still need to process my change of matriculation.
I worked hard during the last semester so that I can be on the list of the Dean's Lister so we won't pay anything but I was really shocked to find out that we still have to pay things in particular.
I really appreciate @MikeNeal for the comment because it's starting to process on my mind on what step I will take next and the @TheRandomRewarder for the upvote because that amount is already a huge amount for me. Thank you so much.
On the other hand, I don't really get the fact that in our school, we still pay fees that we don't even use. One of the fees included in their is a Laboratory Fee which, of course, you pay for it since as part of the College of Computer Science Students, we need to use the computers in school, especially those who cannot afford having a laptop or desktop at home to finish all their work and stuff. At this time around, since we are all home schooled, I really don't get the point on why we still need to pay it. Most of us are getting into a Computer Shop, pay for the amount of time we spent to do our work and pass it online too. We are not using that fee so why do we need to pay it.
I'm not completely angry. I'm just really stressed. I tried to apply for jobs online but most of them need a bachelor's degree. Though I pass some requirements, hoping for a miracle, I still haven't receive a comeback.
Also, I appreciate Read.Cash can do, especially for me and to all people who are struggling financially. Even if some people think that it's not that high amount paying website, it still puts up money, unlike those scam apps. And besides, your critical thinking skills are getting sharpened since you are practicing your ability to write and think at the same time.
