Red Velvet Cupcakes Recipe

This is one of my family's favorite recipes, the truth is that the combination of moist and juicy cupcakes with that delicious frosting is the best.

The ingredients to make this delicious recipe are:
150 g of all-purpose flour
150 gr of white sugar
60 grams of butter
1 tablespoon cocoa
120 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of vinegar
vanilla
Red colorant
PREPARATION:
Mix the milk with the tablespoon of vinegar and let stand for a few minutes.
In a bowl sift the flour, cocoa and baking soda.
The next thing is to mix the butter with the sugar and cream with the mixer for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the egg and mix for a few more minutes and add the vanilla.
Add half of the milk, beat until incorporated and add half of the dry ingredients, mix well. We add the challenge of milk and dry.
Add the red food coloring and mix well.
We distribute the mixture in a mold with cups and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 18 minutes.
Recipe for 9-10 cupcakes.
After the time with a wooden toothpick we make sure that they are well cooked.

200 gr of icing sugar
PREPARATION:
In a bowl put the cream cheese and butter that must be at room temperature, beat the two ingredients until creamy.

Put in a pastry bag with nozzle of your choice and decorate the cupcakes to your liking.
