It is one of the richest cakes I have ever tasted, very moist and juicy.
I also want to show you how to make a delicious chocolate ganache filling ideal for filling our cake, I hope you like this recipe and you can make it.
The ingredients you need to make this cake are:
500 GR OF ALL-PURPOSE WHEAT FLOUR.
20 GR OF BAKING POWDER.
10 GR OF SODIUM BICARBONATE.
60 GR OF COCOA.
500 ML OF MILK.
250 ML OF OIL.
5 EGGS.
500 GR OF SUGAR.
1 TABLESPOON OF VINEGAR.
½ TEASPOON OF SALT.
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Mix the milk with the tablespoon of vinegar to prepare a buttermilk.
In a bowl we mix all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa and sift well.
In another separate bowl add the eggs and beat until foamy (approximately 3 minutes) after this time add the sugar in the form of rain and beat until the mixture doubles its volume and looks a lighter yellow.
With the mixer on, add the oil, vanilla and finally the milk in the form of a thread, integrate for a few seconds.
We lower the speed of the mixer to a minimum and add the mixture of dry ingredients little by little until we see that everything is well integrated, we turn off the mixer and with a spatula we make sure that the flour is well integrated and there are no lumps.
We distribute the mixture in the molds.
We bake approximately 40-45 minutes
Ingredients to make the pie filling:
400 GR OF 55% CHOCOLATE.
200 ML OF MILK CREAM.
PREPARATION:
Add the milk cream to the chocolate and take it to a bain-marie or microwave until melted and integrated.
Cover the mixture to the skin with plastic wrap, take it to the refrigerator until it is cold.
Then beat for a few minutes with the mixer until it changes consistency and color. It should not be over beaten because it can be cut.
Put in a sleeve with a nozzle and decorate to taste
I will leave you a video where I explain how to prepare the cake, I hope you like it. Thank you.
