The ingredients you need to make this recipe are:
2 EGGS.
250 GR OF SUGAR.
120 ML OF OIL.
160 ML OF WARM MILK.
180 GR OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR.
2 TEASPOONS OF BAKING POWDER.
30 GR OF COCOA.
A PINCH OF SALT.
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder, cocoa and salt.
In a bowl add the eggs together with the sugar and beat until the mixture foams and changes color.
Add the oil in the form of a thread, then add the vanilla.
Then add the dry ones alternating with the warm milk, integrate until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the dough into layers and bake for 16-17 minutes, remove and let cool.
GANACH TO DECORATE:
400 GR OF 55% CHOCOLATE.
200 ML OF MILK CREAM.
PREPARATION:
Add the milk cream to the chocolate and take it to a bain-marie or microwave until melted and integrated.
Cover the mixture to the skin with plastic wrap, take it to the refrigerator until it is cold.
Then beat for a few minutes with the mixer until it changes consistency and color. It should not be over beaten because it can be cut.
