Everyone needs money for everyday living and in order to get money legally you have to work for it. Now a days seeing women work is not new at all. Women are very competent when it comes to work. They are reliable and capable of what men can do.
As Thomas Hardy said "The perfect woman, you see is a working woman; not an idler; not a fine lady; but one who uses her hands and her head and her heart for the good of others." Having said that, it proves that woman is a very important part of the society. Their full potential does'nt end at the four corners of the house it goes beyond it. Once you gave them the freedom to explore and to show what they really can do, you can't imagine the endless posibilities. Their reason and inspiration will drive them to push to their limits until they prove themselves. If a man can do anything, what it makes the woman can't do it also.
What makes a woman different from a man is their strength. Man is stronger physically but women are wiser mentally. Will in some ways it depends in the person and situations.
