Bitcoin is too expensive, and I don't have enough money to purchase one.

I know this may seem silly to those who are familiar with crypto, but I am frequently asked this question by no-coiners who simply don't know any better because no one has explained it to them.

One of the primary advantages of cryptocurrency is that nearly all assets are fractionalized or divisible into many parts. Because 1 Bitcoin is divisible to 8 decimal places, the smallest amount of Bitcoin that can be owned is 0.00000001 Bitcoin. This microscopic unit is known as a "Satoshi" or "Sat" after Bitcoin's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto.

If/when Bitcoin reaches a price of $100,000 per Bitcoin, each Satoshi will be worth $0.001, or one-tenth of a penny. This unit is easily available for purchase and use on the Bitcoin network.

Satoshi investing is a type of Bitcoin investment. If you have cryptocurrency in your portfolio or plan to add cryptocurrency to your portfolio, Satoshis are an excellent investment. ... For starters, very few investors are purchasing full Bitcoins. Most people cannot afford to buy the coins in their entirety because the price is prohibitively high.
