The contribution of labor to human civilization. But the attitude towards labor was not always the same. But the class division of society began to lose the dignity of labor.
Workers in ancient Rome and Egypt did not have social status. They were considered slaves. Farmers have played the role of workers in the border era. They too were humiliated, exploited and deprived.
After the Industrial Revolution, the workers of the capitalist world were exploited but they gained democratic rights. Workers were the most dignified when socialism was established under the leadership of the working class after the Russian Revolution.

Labor is not the only source of prosperity. It gives people the joy of creation and construction. It takes labor to develop the talent that people are born with. Man builds his fortune through hard work. The contribution of all the great creation labor of the world.
Physical and mental labor:
Human history has shown that the creation of parasitic classes creates social inequalities in the field of labor. Workers-peasants-porters, those who do manual labor are located at the lower strata of society. Without food, without clothing, without education, the life of humanity is their daily companion.
On the other hand, the parasitic class is immersed in luxury. Indifference has arisen in the minds of the working people of the society.
There is a kind of contempt and animosity towards manual labor. The fruit may not be beneficial. Every man has done social work following his own merits and strengths. Some physical, some mental labor. So there is no time to neglect or belt up anything.

Labor is an essential element for the progress of society and nation in daily life. The lives and actions of all of us depend on a combination of unseen labor seen by countless people. It is the invisible link between the two types of labor, physical and mental.
We have no way of recognizing that labor and directors, farmers and agricultural officers, porters and clerks, education and industry, are not waiting in society for anyone’s work. Society and progress are achieved only when everyone fulfills his responsibilities and obligations properly.
With this in mind, everyone should be given the dignity he or she deserves.
Appropriate labor effectiveness:
We all know that nothing is possible without hard work. Reaching the ultimate goal of success in our lives requires a lot of hard work and effort. So if we work properly and through hard work, we can achieve success and we can achieve the purpose for which we are giving labor. Because we all know that proper labor is the key to success. So in order to achieve our life goal we must go through labor but it will be possible to fulfill our life goal. We must give importance to mental and physical work. Because these two workers are connected to each other for our country and our world.
So we must give importance to labor and give due dignity to labor.
Finally we can say:
Hundreds of centuries later, in the twentieth century, a new era came before working people. Oppressed people are forced to give dignity to hard working people. In the Soviet Union, China, Vietnam, and many other countries, hard-working individuals in state power play an important role.
The importance of labor in the society in the context of vocational and technical education is now widely recognized. The world today is deeply aware that labor force is the key to the formation and success of society and civilization.
