Drumstick Tandoori

Ingredients: Chicken leg piece (drumstick), half a cup of sour yogurt, one tablespoon of ginger paste, one teaspoon of garlic paste, two teaspoons of red chilli powder, two tablespoons of vinegar, salt to taste, one teaspoon of sugar, half a cup of mustard oil .

Preparation: Wash the chicken pieces well and mix together with sour curd, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, paprika powder, vinegar, salt and sugar and marinate for 15 minutes. Fry the marinated pieces well in a frying pan. Then burn each drumstick in the oven for one minute. Serve nicely decorated.
