How important each position in the HR Department
This is based only on my observation as well as my my own research. Anything cited were purely opinion.
Human Resource Relations Staff. Even though employees in this rank and file position do not have great control over what they can do or decide for the company, they are still important because they are the backbone of the company. It will not function effectively and efficiently if there is no staff working for the company as well as the resources will not be properly utilized.
Human Resource Assistant - Organization and Talent Development. Employees in this position provide the support needed by the managers mostly in administrative duties. They assist with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing, provide clerical support to all employees as well as enhancing existing programs in the organization.
Human Resource Manager. In this managerial position, the person is responsible for overseeing and effectively managing the functional objectives of the organization.
Human Resource Director. The person involved in this high-level position is responsible for overseeing all Human Resource aspects of a company's operation. Also, the person who contributes to overall company strategy and policy-making by advising the board on the human resource implications of its decisions.
