As I am keen on details and somewhat perfectionist, I always make sure that all the information that I will input is relevant to the topics assigned and are accurate with what was needed in order to produce the quality of work that I am aiming for. Also, I am persistent and ensure that all assigned tasks will be completed as well as be submitted on time. I am open to feedback, suggestions, and criticisms as these things will help me to improve as well as assess the skills that I have or am lacking. Moreover, I see to it that I have a list of my tasks to follow and allot a certain time so that I can work and finish them accordingly.

Moreover, recognizing my skills as well as strengths will enable me to overcome my weaknesses and fulfill the tasks given to me in a way where I can fully utilize my time, skills as well as effort to produce a quality of work. Staying committed and knowing my responsibilities will allow me to stay on the right track and complete the tasks with wise prioritization. Furthermore, being resilient and proactive is also crucial in order to handle possible drawbacks or any situations that may come in the organization and immediately accept constructive criticisms as well as the results of the outputs. Also, it is important to help solve problems and take possible actions by getting involved, stepping up, and raising thoughts as well as opinions to build good relationships and eventually achieve the overall success of the team.
