Which Hat?
We all wear different hats depending on the situation and circumstance. We have our family hats, our work hats, our friend's and relationship hats.
We behave differently depending on which hat we are wearing and we also have different thoughts. This will be one of the most challenging aspects of your journey to awareness.
What people say to you and what you see will affect your mind. It might not even be words but a gesture or their body language which will have an impact on you. Maybe a picture they are showing you or just a sense of their energy.
Start to see how you behave in these different scenarios. Most of the time your family will be there your whole life with your lessons changing over time. It's the same with work, as you might change jobs or the people you work with change over time. Friends and relationships might change as well.
Start to see your thoughts at these different times and try to reflect on that experience. See how you are feeling and what you are thinking. Write it down as this could show you a pattern and give you an understanding of your life lessons.
Learn from these lessons as someone might be teaching you patience. A family member might be teaching you to let things go. A friend could be teaching you unconditional love.
