Water has memory and can be energized.

Water is used in many religions.

Water covers 71% of the earth's surface.

Water is up to 78% of the human body.

Masaru Emoto who wrote several books on his research with water discovered that water which was subjected to positive words created amazing crystal sacred geometrical shapes and designs after freezing the water. When the exact same water was subjected to negative words the water produced ugly non-geometrical crystal designs.

The same happened when classical music was played compared to death metal.

Take a glass bottle, try to make sure it's glass. Add water to the glass bottle. On the glass bottle take a permanent marker or one that can be removed in case you want to change the words.

Now write on the bottle words like:

• Love

• Health

• Beautiful

• Happiness

• Peace

Let that water sit in the bottle for a few days. You can also play water music, preferably with no words unless they are positive words.

As Masaru Emoto said, energy and vibrations change the physical structure of water.

Remember that we are made up of up to 78% water.

Now after a few days start drinking the water, maybe a glass a day. You can have several bottles going at the same time so that you always have energized water.
