This week we discuss the power of visualisations. The technique is the same as affirmations with regards to keeping it in the "now" and in the "positive".
Find a relaxing place, sit or lie down comfortably and begin to visualise yourself in whatever situation you want to attract and create. It could also be the way you want to look, behave or feel.
See yourself in a movie very dreamlike and spend at least 5 minutes visualising. I find that 15 to 30 minutes works best for me. Do this every day for 40 consecutive days.
