We spoke this week of ways to get your energy moving. Another great way is with a practice of Tai Chi. There are many other options from Kundalini Yoga to Qi Gong and many others. You have to see which one's feel right for you.
This movement can be actioned inside or outside and requires little space. This will work on both your body and mind. Once again teaching you present moment awareness as you move through the postures focusing on your breathing and correct posture.
It's a great way to balance your movement throughout the week. There are many tutorials online and mostly free or joining a weekly group to exercise together.
