Long Distance
Some people prefer long-distance and long duration training. Most likely you won't be able to do this type of training every day but you would be able to one day a week.
Usually, cyclists, runners and hikers can sometimes train for over 4 hours plus. These types of endurance events like triathlons go into a zone which is quite meditative.
So if this type of training is something you like then you can incorporate your visualisation techniques and affirmations. There are many videos online where they have 8 hours of affirmations or guided meditations. Select some which are in the "now" and "positive", especially using only positive words.
For this type of training, it would almost be necessary to take a device with you however, yow would not need to be using it all the time.
Mix up the time to enjoy the sounds and use present moment awareness. Also using the device to listen to visualisations, affirmations and even audiobooks.
The body needs movement so make it enjoyable for not only the body but also the mind.
