Give Thanks
One of the most important practices to do daily would be giving thanks. There are so many things to be thankful for. When you start thinking about what you can be thankful for the list can grow and grow.
Start the day by thanking the Universe, the source of all life or whatever your beliefs are, for having another wonderful opportunity to enjoy this life. It's an easier exercise when everything is going well and you are feeling well too. The challenge would be when things aren't going well or you might feel unwell.
Everything which happens in our lives is an experience and lesson. It's also a creation which we have manifested most of the time without even knowing how we did it.
So start the day with thanks and gratitude. There are so many things to be grateful for. The food and water, your partner, family, health, travel, work, business and many many more.
Start writing down all the things you can be grateful for. It's a great exercise especially when things aren't going right. You can start focussing on the positives in your life and it might even bring back memories of other times which were a challenge and might have been a blessing in hindsight.
Another great time to give thanks is before eating. Bless, give thanks for the abundance of food. Even if you don't have that much always try and think of abundance. It's also great to give thanks to the water as it's the most receptive of the elements. Energizing your water with any affirmation you like will empower the water. This will then be part of the water in your body and flow like a river energizing all parts of your body.
