Life is kinda hard nowadays, quarantine, lack of jobs, and depression because of the situation and even anxiety are prone nowadays. Quarantine sucks big time, we missed going out, bonding time with friends, and even just going along the way just to breathe fresh air. We can't go out because of the protocol that are set for us. We must follow tho, coz it is for our safety. Lack of jobs, jobs are limited as well, since we can't go face to face to people, social distancing is a must. Lack of opportunities for works and experience are on of the cause as well. Some shops closed, restaurants, cafe, and etc closes due to lack of financial support to make it open. Depression and anxiety are prone on our current situation as well, people not going out, having time to unwind, and even meeting the person's to talked to. Anxiety and depression happened when someone just piled their emotions up, don't know what to do with theirselves during a situations, and sometimes self-pity occur. We all have gone through this things during our quarantine time. Because we feel suffocated sometimes with ourselves, with our own mind. It is scary, yeah. Thats why we all need to be strong for ourselves and for our love ones. Its okay to cry right now, to feel frustrated on your situations, to feel lost sometimes. Just please, don't give up. If your tired, rest. Then go on with life again. We all can survive this crisis, as long as we have someone, and we all have ourselves. We all didn't know what will happen next after this, so we must be patient and strong to face whatever things that will happen. Be thankful to God, to your parents, and to your love ones. Thank yourself as well, for being strong. We all deserve to be happy, lets remind ourselves that. Someone loves you, someone cares for you. So please, hang in there. :)
