Do you actually follow what people post

I know we have all seen the posts about what coins are going to explode and the bull market we are in, but do people actually follow it? Looking back at the dogecoin explosion that I was lucky enough to be apart of, every thing I saw said to put more money in. I sold well before the peak, but I am not unhappy about losing out on a little bit of more profit. Some advice is to always look where you are and where you started. Those people posting are the ones who either got in late or are about to sell and simply tring to help themselves.
