Customer is always R I G H T


I don't know why but there is something inside me that boils with anger whenever I see someone raising hell and ignoring someone's human rights JUST BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID MANTRA.

I have a lot of working-student friends who work as diligent fast food crews. I really admire them for their hard work and dedication to support their family and studies.

Customer Satisfaction determines how happy are the customers with the product, service and overall experience of the company's product/service. Still, this doesn't mean we are going to tolerate them with their stinky behavior.

The minimum wage is P537 per day in the Philippines. Not that big of an amount to buy someone's respect. We have no right to discredit someone's dignity just because they are working to serve us.


Customers pay for the food/service they are getting. Workers are paid because of their labor.

No one goes home as a loser.

Not until, a customer with a messed up temper and blabbering mouth starts to discriminate, point fingers and act like a King without a crown, then, it is already an unfair trial.


An officer, worker or crew is not paid to ultimately please the customers. That is nonsense! They are equally paid for finishing their work and doing their responsibilities. It's unfair to disregard their feelings and throw their pride in order to satisfy the client.

Sales is not everything. Being the one paying on the counter doesn't give us the right to mock, belittle and disrespect those behind the counters.

Show not just a little compassion but tons of it. We all work for someone. Remember that. A customer can be wrong. A crew can be wrong. We all make mistakes. We all have our 'bangag' moments. We all fail and disappoint.


Just remember that we are all actors and actresses on the stage. Those who work on the backstage are also us...

Customers are not Kings. Let's not look down on people and be so full of ourselves.

I like this one. There are some customers who act up like you need to kneel down just to satisfy their irrational demands. They ask too much as if the establishment gives everything to them. Sighs 🤦‍♀️

What the main problem is there's no service given any longer. Businesses do no longer care about service, hygiene, being polite. The society changes and no matter the customer or "servant" they all think they are king and yell. Keep in mind someone pays your salery, to me that person should be treated well. Annoying is at times you need a thick skin. On the other hand: I avoid shops where the employees are rude, hostile, not interested and do not give service.

that's right! if this happens, the over-lookers don't really speak up becoz it will make things worse that's why rude customers are being tolerated :((( it is also a fact that some employees are rude as well or maybe not in the mood but we can't really blame them if its becoz of being tired and exhausted :( thanks for this @wakeupkitty u da bes haha

We live in a strange society. We all complain but if it comes to it we hardly have the patience to wait for our turn or to ask in a friendly way. If it comes to that I think the pandemic does well. People need to practice patience again. On the other hand, there are some really rude and aggressive people and I feel for those who have to deal with it (caretakers included).

agreed! patience has always been a virtue but nowadays it becomes more and more uncommon. our fast paced world has turned us all into short tempered individuals who like short cuts. it is really sad because even I myself sometimes want to rush things out and appear indifferent to others. being rude and aggressive should never be justified just because of feeling impatient and in a rush.
