What you can do for a more restful sleep against nightmares
It may seem crazy for some of us to follow our dreams, but I think the real madness is not hearing the voice of wisdom that comes from within ourselves.
During the day, we can be too tired in our minds to realize how much chaos we are in, or even what we are upset or angry about. Most of us find ourselves in a different thought while doing a task at work or at home, or we forget where we put the glass or where we left our glasses because our mind is completely on something else.
When you sit back, take deep nasal breaths and calm your mind a little, you may realize how confused you are spending your time. No species deserves this rush, this roboticized life. That's why it's so important that the sleep process we spend leaving all these games aside, leaving our ego, our fears, our worries aside, is of high quality and completed in a healthy way, don't you think? In order to have healthy dreams, to receive messages that are free from the games of our mind, quality sleep is essential.
However, most of us either experience or hear that problems such as inability to fall asleep, sleep apnea, excessive desire to sleep are experienced intensely in our environment or in ourselves. In addition to treatment, it is also very important to make an effort to heal ourselves in order to support the treatment.
The most common dreams of those who experience such complaints are nightmares. Nightmares can make their sleep even more difficult, either because they are unable to sleep regularly and soundly, or because they cannot find themselves in the soft messages that dreams have previously given, or sometimes because of childhood traumas.
Nightmares are considered to be the most dualistic dreams, they are very clear because of the emotion they carry. The person, place and time that turns the dream into a nightmare are decisive. Our fear, anxiety and trauma manifest themselves clearly without the need to chase after different symbols.
If there is a nightmare, there is a solution. Therefore, we should first focus on making our sleep healthy with correct breathing exercises. Meditating before sleep also relaxes the body. Your mind, which you have slowed down with breathing exercises, is now ready to transmit the right messages.
Laugh as loud as you can because it is the most beautiful and fun thing in life. Try to surround yourself with people who enjoy life, smile and know how to be happy with what they are experiencing. Add a little more energy to every day you spend.
The preparation you do before going to sleep will significantly support the treatment of the distress you experience in sleep disorders. Afterwards, taking note of your nightmares on a clean agenda and listening to their voice telling you which fear, anxiety or trauma you need to heal will pave your way.
I wish you to have dreams full of awareness and I hope to see you in my next article...
Thank you for this my friend. It's really helpful. I am really scared with the nightmares. It's not good to sleep if our minds are chaotic.
