A Wonderful Tuesday **Good Day Guys** Let me share with you guys what happened during my day, I slept at around 1 am already earlier than the day before. At least now I got adequate sleep. I woke up at around 6 am to finish my blog and get ready for work. I won't be able to drive myself to work because my parents had to use the car because my brother and dad were going to get vaccinated for covid-19. So they left really early. The night before I asked if I could ride with my colleague going to work and she agreed. I finished getting ready at around 7:10 am and I started walking to the waiting shed. And I thought to myself that I should start conditioning myself because I got tired from walking in our street which is uphill. While waiting for my colleague I was just using my phone the whole time. And then she messaged me that she was on her way, she had to drop off her mom at her workplace. She arrived and we went to work. We were able to park at the University, we had to walk going up to our workplace and then timed it. I was earlier than usual. We then headed back to our department which is in the basement. We were just waiting for our doctor to give us the orders on who to treat and what to do. So while waiting for our doctor I was just staying in one of the rooms while using my phones. I then heard our doctor and went in front and the doctor started endorsing all our patients. We even had a new patient. Before going up we had to fix all our stuff and don our personal protective equipment. We then went up, we went to our first patient. This patient was the patient who wasn't helping himself. He was for short sitting so we were really curious about how he would hold up. When we made him do short sitting, this was the first time that he would open his eyes spontaneously. I noticed that he would also move his arm. Though he was uncooperative, I was seeing hope. But the problem was when I tried releasing my support when he was short sitting, he couldn't maintain his balance. We were able to make him short sit for 10 minutes and his Vital signs were within normal limits. I hope that he will be cooperative soon and that he will recover soon.

We went to patient 2 who was our new patient. Whenever he spoke we couldn't understand what he was saying. The thought was there but he couldn't verbalize it. Our patient suffered from a stroke and I really feel bad for him. He was still in the ICU when we treated him. He couldn't move half of his body so we had to simulate it with electricity. His Vitals were in the target range. He also tolerated Long sitting for 10 minutes. After that, we went to patient 3. This guy is a really old man. His watcher was finally there after 2 days of not seeing him. For some reason, the mood inside the rooms was really different. Usually, when we treat this old man he's really cheerful but when we were treating him he seems different, I have a feeling it has something to do with the watcher. We had to make him stand up again, and he seemed really weak. Before standing I noticed that he had a lot of things inside his mouth, it looked like food that was chewed but wasn't swallowed. He said that it was impeding him from standing so he was removing it, he also removed his false teeth and he started spitting out the food particles. After that, we were able to encourage him to Stand up. After letting him stand up inside a walker, he looked really weak already. But here comes his watcher telling him to stand some more. We had no choice but to make him stand again. We then placed him back on his bed. We proceeded to go to patient 4 who was in the ICU, she was in deep slumber but we had to wake her up. When we were talking to her she wouldn't wake up but as soon as we made her short sit she woke up. At least when we were treating her, her vital signs was just normal because these past few treatments her BP and Heart rate would shoot up. We were going to patient 5 but as we entered the room, he said that they would change him first. That was at around 11:30 am already. So we went outside for a while and we noticed that our other colleagues were on the bench also. We asked why were they there and they said that they couldn't write on the metal chart because the ICU was really busy and they couldn't find it. We waited for 5 minutes before going back to the room of our patient.

Finally, he was done and he said that it was just a false alarm, he didn't take a dump. We made him short sit, and to our surprise, he was independent despite getting a stroke. he could maintain his balance. It's really fun talking to this patient because he will always make you laugh no matter what. Though, he has the personality of teasing other people. He was even teasing one of the doctors who came in to talk to him. We were able to go back down to our department at around 12 pm already. We then disinfected and ate lunch. After eating lunch, we still had one more patient, but my colleague was kind enough to tell me that I could stay downstairs, so I was looking for something productive to do. I wrote most of the notes, charged our patients, and updated our doctor. I also went to bring the dirty linen up and get clean linen. After doing all of that, I was just resting and reviewing at the same time. It hit 5 pm and we all went home. I rode again with my workmate. When we were on our way home, one of our colleagues texted us that she forgot something inside our department and I had the keys. We then went back and I opened the door for her. She was able to get the item that she forgot and then we all went home. My workmate was kind enough to drop me off near our street before picking up her mom. When I got home I was non-stop eating, I tried reviewing but nothing was going inside my head. I then ate dinner and continued using my computer and resting.
