You are worthy

No matter how hard life is, and regardless of how people look at you, know that you are not alone and that you are more than enough. Don't mind what others have to say because you are more than what they think about you. You are loved, and you are worthy.

This is @senyoritakayzee, and you are here once again to witness another topic, which talks explicitly about being worthy, just right here in today's episode of Senyoritalks.

Yesterday, we learned the value of commitment, and as mentioned in that previous article, it is something that really matters, that making a personal commitment is somehow deciding about putting your relationship first above your own wants or desires.

Well, today, allow me to let you feel your worth. I know that life seems to become unfair sometimes due to things that make us feel down. But do not let it pull you deeper into the ground. Instead, cheer up because there will always be someone like me who will let you feel that you are worthy no matter what others have to say to you.

Probably you have questions like: "With everyone of my friends and family believing that I am worthless, how can I feel worthy?"

I think you're being much too hard on yourself right now. You are the only one who can assess your own actions. Every action, no matter how confident you believe you seem, is based on the energy you put out there. You may be causing those around you to feel bad about you. So what I can advise is that be assertive or strong. Assertiveness is a skill that can be learned.

Invest time and effort in improving your abilities. The best way to keep yourself motivated is to look in the mirror and remind yourself that you are competent, confident, and gorgeous enough to face the world and show what you've got. Fear is just a word. It can be overcome. So know your worth, chin up, and be confident of who you are.

What kind of image do you wish to project to others?

You cannot please everyone. You may feel so down but don't worry too much about what other people think of you. Picture out your objectives and inspirational sayings on a daily basis by creating to lift up your mood and be happy.

Spend time focusing on yourself and achieving your goals. Make an effort also to sit down and talk to the individuals who have undervalued you, especially if they are members of your family. Things can be solved by simply having a talk to each other. If they continue to belittle you, don't let it bother you. Avoid squandering your limited resources on pointless activities. Instead, focus on yourself and what you can do. Don't plant a seed of anger in your heart. Show them love and care.

People may have treated you poorly because they felt you fell short of their standards. Anyway, emotional intelligence books are also a good place to start reading. Feeding the mind with knowledge that can be helpful to us can boost our self-esteem. You may also consider attending counseling sessions and taking part in self-esteem programs to allow yourself some time to reflect.

You should be unaffected by what other people think or say about you. People change, and so do their situations. As a result, you need not be too much concerned about it unless they are too much where you need to stand up for yourself and fight for what you think is just and right in the situation.

Put up the effort and make an effort to be content. Make a habit of writing in a diary every night before going to sleep about the things you did during the day. Every morning, spend a few minutes doing some exercise. Because doing these things could make you feel better, could make you feel your worth, and that you are loved no matter who and what you are.
