Many people are full of misunderstanding about their own body, especially weight loss. Some people are clearly in the normal range, but they clamour for weight loss every day. Even the thinner people are, the more they want to lose weight. However, some people who are already "obese" still think that their body is still in balance and continue to eat and drink wantonly.

How do you judge whether you are obese or not? Look at the following three indicators:

1. Standard weight: (height CM-100) * 0.9, if it exceeds this calculation value, you need to lose weight.

2. BMI index: weight (kg) × height square (M2), the normal range is 18.5 ~ 24.99. If the result is 25-28, it indicates overweight; 28-32 indicates obesity; higher than 32 indicates very obesity.

Although the body weight and BMI values of some people are in the normal range, they may have a larger abdomen or a thick hip circumference, which may lead to local obesity. Therefore, the waist hip ratio should be calculated again

3. Waist hip ratio: waist circumference (CM) × hip circumference (CM). If men > 0.9, women > 0.8, it may indicate recessive obesity, visceral fat exceeds the standard, and it is also necessary to lose weight.
