Printing a ton of fiat currency to try to boost the economy hyperinflates it in the long term. Rising inflation rates coupled with Bitcoin halving its inflation in May creates quite an interesting situation for a Bitcoin bull run.
I go through exactly what quantitative easing is and how it will affect the economy as well as what the resulting hyperinflation is and how it will affect the economy. Then we look at how Bitcoin will take advantage of this in 2020 and likely increase in value alongside the halving. A lot of this information is linked below.
Fiat inflation may double while Bitcoin’s is halved creating an insane value proposition for why we should be using Bitcoin and valuing it more given that no one can change the inflation rate and it is certain.
Uncertainty takes away value while certainty adds it. While we are uncertain of the price of Bitcoin, we are certain that the value should go up over time due to its inflation rate decreasing every 4 years or so. We are also certain that it’s all accounted for, there’s no counterfeit, there’s a limited supply, it cannot be manipulated, there is demand, and much more which is all outlined in a video below.
In this linked video, I explain that the lack of understanding is more commonly seen regarding how fiat currency works and that leads to a lack of understanding of cryptocurrency and its motivations: https://youtu.be/8QSHxHldZjY

What do you think will happen for the rest of 2020? Will Bitcoin go up? Will the Bitcoin halving have a major effect? Will fiat currency’s increasing inflation and quantitative easing help or hinder Bitcoin? Let me know what you think about this in the comments below and don’t forget to subscribe!
