I tried to register on some social platform such as hive but it is saying low ip score quality

  I think the problem has been solved. I used to see the same "low IP score quality", but it no longer says so on my device, and was able to create an Hive account about three weeks ago. Though I'm unsure if it worked because I eventually switched to my Pc, but I'd suggest you give it a try one more time, or use your PC if you've got one. But altogether, read.cash is better than Hive.

    I'd just use a VPN. But yeah Read.cash isn't better than Hive. It could go down anytime, there's nothing guaranteeing it will be running tomorrow. There is no guarantee they will keep paying out free rewards either as it's funded via donation. A lot of Read.cash is centralized. I love it, but it's nowhere close to Hive regarding blockchain integration and decentralization.
