Great rolls with cheese

A delicious brealfast for you and your family. There are plenty of the rolls and the taste is so delicious. Even if you have some party or celebration, the rolls with cheese are the great choice. The rolls I have prepared few days ago were even fresh for three next days.

The ingredians are the following:

200 ml of warm milk

250 ml of hot water

1 kilo of flour

300 grams cheesr

salt

sugar

yeast

an egg and sesame

In one bowl put the hot milk and add a teaspoon of sugar and 50 grams of fresh yeast, 10 minute is enough to stay aside. Add 500 grams of flour, and add a teaspoon of salt, add 200 ml of hot water too and the milk with yeast ,add 200 ml of oil .. Mix everything, add 400 grams of the rest of the flour (leave 100 grams for later).
Knead the dough well and wrap it in a towel and put it aside next to a warm place to rest for about an hour.

Make rolls, put an egg and sesame and bake it about half an hour.
