Personally, I really like to do this Sasha Raven's Spider Exercise. :-) I invented this spider exercise by myself. I practise it before playing guitar. Well, I'm not entirely 100% sure that this is my invention, that it won't be a mistake. I wrote it for you in a Guitar Pro 5 program https://www.guitar-pro.com/en/index.php and exported it to PDF files. Personally, I really like to use this metronome https://www.imusic-school.com/en/tools/online-metronome/ as it is very important to practice with the metronome because I have had severe rhythm problems for many and many years because I was not practising with the metronome. Set the rhythm to that one, which suites for you the most. It doesn't need to be set on 120 bpm!!! Practicing slow is much better than faster.
Here’s the left hand fingering position:
1 = index finger
2 = middle finger
3 = ring finger
4 = pinky
