Indian Food Culture

I was in Tamil Nadu. 100/200 grams of fish and meat can be bought there. I used to buy fresh food and cook it in my room every day. Sounds like a very good advantage.

In the evening in Bangalore, you can get 100 grams of chicken pakura for 30 rupees in front of the bars.

Pork and chicken curry are sold as spoons in the hilly areas of Meghalaya. 1 spoon (large size) 20 rupees. If you have money, eat 5 spoons, if you don't eat 1 spoon.

I ate phuchka on the sidewalk in Kolkata. I won't give you 20 at a time. The more pieces you say, the more pieces. Even if you want 2 hours, you can eat 30 hours.

Darjeeling gave 1 glass of pepper while eating rice. I asked for 5 more hours. He replied, "Take one and I will give you as much as you eat." But it cannot be ruined. What you give will not be taken back, so it cannot be given together.

The same experience happened when Miri went to ask for raw onions.

There are so many tea shops around Guwahati station in Assam but no one eats in a cup of food. One-time cup of tea has to be thrown away in a specific place by hand. Making tea directly in milk, not in water, 1 small cup (1 part of our size) 5 rupees. You can eat as much as you want 1 cup or 5 cups.

Fish barbecue next to New Jalpaiguri station. I'm not hungry, but I want to test. He sold one piece of fish. I ate.

Apples can be bought in 1 piece in Siliguri.

In Kolkata, you can have a hearty breakfast on the sidewalk. As clean, so careful. You can’t pick up biscuits from a sidewalk store by hand. The one who gives will wash his hands and the one whose shop he is. Small cup of tea 5 rupees. But if you order, the tea will be made, not pre-made. A big boss or students can eat in a shop where a worker stands on the sidewalk. It is more common in the morning office hours. This is because of fresh food and clean. And the same food can be eaten according to ability.

When we were little, we saw and bought hilsa cut and sold in the village. Now, if the way Khasi or cows are sold, how many people could have done it?

I like this system in India. It can feed people from all walks of life.

How many hilsa workers have eaten hilsa in Bangladesh this year? Again, some people may not have a place in the fridge.

If it was cut and sold for 100 grams, maybe a rickshaw driver or a day laborer could take a piece for his child or elderly parents.

Do you have an estimate of how many people eat only dal rice in a hotel when they go for a walk due to lack of money? But if 1 piece could be bought without buying 3 pieces of chicken together, surely many could have imported.

I see it as a positive thing to sell in pieces or in small portions.
