Potato kokoo is one of the delicious and simple foods that is prepared very quickly and easily.
Ingredients for 4 people:
potato: 4numbers
egg: 3number
onion: 1number
Saffron: 1tbsp
White flour: 1tbsp
Parsley and coriander: 1tbsp
Salt and black pepper: as you like

How to prepare potato kokoo:
First, wash and peel the potatoes, then wash them again, grate them. Peel the onions and grate it too.
Then place the potatoes and onions in a larger bowl. Break the eggs one by one. Then add turmeric, salt, black pepper and saffron and mix well. Add a little parsley and coriander to the kokoo mass and mix well. Then put a pan on low heat and pour the oil in it. When the oil is hot, pour the cocoa ingredients into the oil either in pieces or with a spoon of cocoa mass and flatten it quickly. When it is fried, fry the other side.
Be careful, you shouldn't place kokoos on top of each other after frying, as this will cause the kokoos to become a very soft dough. Put the kokoos in the desired dish and serve with tomatoes, pickles and fresh bread.
